Unfortunately I am down grading my review substantially here after giving the a 5 star review while eating there over 30 times from late September to late December of this past year. I will leave this early review at the bottom to see where it once was.

I spent roughly $1200 eating at this location of Quesada Burritos for roughly a 3 month period and it was great food in the beginning because the younger new my exact order and made great tacos, wraps and nachos and cheese but he stopped working evenings and the 2 girls who replaced him were extremely rude and snootie and even though I ate there 4 nights a week for almost 3 months pretended like they didn't know my order even though they had made it the same way 4 times a week for over 2 months.

They would purposely leave things off of my order and always skimped out on chease, salsa, meat etc...it got so.bad that U had to stop eating there because the food quality and service was so terrible and could not accept their rudeness and attitude.

I order Chicken Quasadias and they brought it to me with zero chease?? I thought maybe it was a mistake but in the light I could see exactly 2 tiny strands of chease. Than they burn the only order of Nachos that we ever tried because it was so bad there even though they kept telling me to try it.

The ultimate insult came when I had spent well over $1200 the past 8 weeks in that store, when I went in one night to order as usual, I had to wait and than my phone range and I had an important phone call that I needed to take. After about 12 to 13 minutes the rudest of the 2 ladies who worked evenings there said that I had to leave. As I was sitting next to a homeless person who was talking to himself and eyeying up my laptop and had been there for 10 to 12 hours the past 2 days and had ordered nothing. I feel for these people but why was I being asked to leave? I told her that I was there every night and was just about to order and to ask her manager who I was as they should all know me. I told her that I will get the usual order. However she came back 5 minutes later and again said to leave and that she was the manager but the other girl never saw me before. So I finished my 12 minute phone call and the other girl recognized and made a poor attempt of my usual order.

After starting our strong with great service and food they ended up taking a lot of money from me in things like extra chease or Gwakamoli, even though it was always the normal amount to becoming a place that I could and have not returned to after nearly 3 months when the 3 previous month's I was their main customer.

Here is my original review.

Amazing hard shell tacos and great quality food with high quality ingredients. Also open extremely late every night! Great service and great food at a great price, highly...

I'm really disappointed with this place. I read the reviews and was expecting great food and decent service. What I got was meh food and frustrating service.

I can fully accept I did things wrong, sometimes it takes a couple tries to figure a restaurant out. But I think for me, this place is a "one and done."

Being as it was my first time, it took me a minute to figure out the menu, their menu screens were turned off so I was reading the stickers on the spit shield about what options I had.

I was the only one there, so I figured I didn't need to rush. But the staff seemed to get visibly annoyed with my not being prepared.

It came down to picking something easy and safe, pork tacos! I was delighted they offered soft shell tacos. But I was stunned at how little meat went into my tacos. There was a total of 12 pieces of meat. On the upside they were tasty.

Then the topping were offered to me, and this is when I felt the staff really broke down. Unfortunately, and again I can take some of the blame here, there was a linguistic barrier. I have a hard time hearing, and I have an even harder time with accents. The lady how was serving me had a very thick accent. I'm not saying that's wrong, she's doing better than I am because I can only speak one language and I'm not that great at it. The problem was she got extremely irritated with me and my need for her too repeat things.

The toppings were also pretty sad looking, wilted and white lettuce and almost black jalapenos. Basically the same quality of veggies you can find at Subway. Fun fact, their dressing squeeze bottles are from Subway!

Anyway, the tl;dr of it is, for want I paid I could have got better...

Well, As I can not answer to the manager I'm going to be more clear. To begin, in this place there is no responsibility for people belongings. My wife left a purse in hanging from the back of the chair. We come back for the purse as soon as we noticed in around 15 minutes. They call the manager and say he review the video for 30 minutes (which is a considerable amount of time for him), but it took him 2 minutes from the time they called the manager and the time they say they they review the video and they saw that my wife didn't bring the purse, so they started laughing on us. At the other day I called the manager and he say that he can't say that my wife didn't bring the purse, but he can not see it because of the camera blind spot. But he was unable to use another camera (there are several cameras in the establishment). Neither he was unable to get a frame of my wife entering to the place without the purse, off course he can't do that!!!!!!. In the end, no help from the staff nor the manager. They can not even tell if someone visit the place between the time we left and the time we come back. What I truly believe is that the purse was stolen form one of the staff and they are covering each other in...

I recently visited Quesada Burritos & Tacos, and I have to say, it was an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The menu offers a wide variety of fresh and flavorful options, making it easy to customize your meal just the way you like it. I tried their burrito, and it was packed with fresh ingredients—perfectly cooked rice, tender meat, vibrant veggies, and just the right amount of seasoning. The salsa bar was an added bonus, allowing me to try different flavors and spice levels to elevate my meal even further. The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was prepared exactly as I ordered. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, creating a pleasant environment to enjoy my food. Overall, Quesada Burritos & Tacos exceeded my expectations. If you’re craving authentic, fresh, and flavorful Mexican food, this is definitely the place to go. I’ll be coming back for sure!

Upon arriving home this chilly morning, I was a little surprised to find this small bundle of snacks on my front porch. The cold box inside the bag read "Quesada" and in it was a chicken quesadilla. There was also a modest bag of Two-bite brownies and a Pepsi. Inspection of the quesadilla did not encourage consumption, so I promptly discarded it. I did enjoy the Two-bite brownies and the Pepsi was alright, if you mix in a little whiskey ( Coca-Cola would be preferred ). Quesadillas are simple fair and probably better made at home than delivered; go for something you couldn't possibly whip together in five minutes. I didn't try the quesadilla so I can't comment on it's qualities. What I can say is the delivery guy will leave your quesadilla on someone else's porch and you could have just got the drink and treat at 7/11.

We spent ~$45 (before dasher tip etc) on a regular ground beef burrito, a salad composed primarily of iceberg lettuce add beef and flame grilled chicken (you can't even see any from the photo because there's hardly any in it - this photo was taken right after taking off the lid, exactly as how it arrived), a small thing of guac and 4 side salsas. That's it. Our poor experience was defined by small portions and lacklustre flavour (salsas were very one noted). I almost always do positive reviews - Calgary has so many amazing restaurants! - but there was very little positive here to cling to. We will not be ordering from Quesada again. I don't understand all the positive reviews - they influenced my expectations, which were then completely unmet.
