Bourbon Street Grill — Restaurant in Calgary

Ordered two of their largest meals and spent $40 on our order. When we were finished we had leftovers and I politely asked if we could have a takeout container. Was told it was going to cost another 25 cents for a takeout container. I expressed my disappointment that after after a $40 meal they were going to ask me for another debit transaction for a container and instead had to ask their competition OPA for one. OPA gladly gave me one for free despite not ordering anything from them. The customer service they showed was horrendous and proceeded to tell me that maybe I didn’t understand business to which I promptly replied that as a business major myself, I understand that losing a regular customer (probably $200 or more a year) for 25 cents was ridiculous and maybe they didn’t understand business. I have been coming to Bourbon grill since past 2 years. I have been working in this mall and over this 2 years I've seen the quantity of the food has been diminishing day after day. I wonder why everyone is writing the same thing on the reviews here. I understand there is inflation and the company is making the money out of every customer that they are serving but they're not giving enough food on that price that they're quoting to the customer. I would say that's cheating in BOLD letters. $13 and the quantity of food has so little you guys can go and try if you guys want to waste your money. If I could give this location a zero I would, the ladies at the tail are very unfriendly, food is dry and tasteless. I have been to other branches and loved it. I was very disappointed at the service and the food, I strongly feel this branch should be closed so as not to soil the reputation of the brand or better still change the staff and teach the new staffs how to preserve the quality and taste of the food.
