Tucked away in a corner of a strip mall, don't let the exterior fool you! Its absolutely beautiful inside; what a stunning restaurant. Even the bathrooms are beautiful - whoever designed this restaurant did an impeccable job. Apparently the other location is even prettier! Servers are the utmost professional and attentive. I don't think I've ever had better service in my life. Taso took care of me tonight and I think he wrote the book on service. These guys should be a training team for other restaurants. The home of the bloody Caesar, of course I had to have one and it was great. Garlic toast came in foil which was very strange to me, but it did keep it hot. The steak was absolutely perfect. I think this was the best steak I've had in my life. Perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked, great cut. Twice baked potato was good and they brought a plate of sour cream, bacon and chives over separately and topped it at your table for you. The whole dinner was an experience. The grill is kind of the centrepiece of the restaurant and you get to watch your steak be flame grilled from your seat. Several tables near me ordered appetizers that they made at the table, and they even made Caesar dressing from scratch at the tables as well. Overall this dining experience is going to be tough to beat in my books. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. This is a must when in Calgary and I can't wait until I can visit again.

Outstanding service and outstanding food. Caesar’s Steak House Willow Park has been a staple of the Calgary market ever since I can remember - at least over 40 years. It is a small family run business and the food does not disappoint. The steak is the best in the city. My husband ordered the Neptune Rib Eye and I laughingly ordered the Chicken Almandine. I loved it!! I have never ordered chicken at a steak house and it was damn good - vegetables and rice were cooked perfectly. We sat in the lounge and we love that the restaurant is quiet and you can enjoy your conversation - beautiful marble tables and red leather couches add to the ambiance and very comfortable - tonnes of free parking out front and finding a parking spot is never an issue. Staff were super friendly and fun tonight adding to a wonderful evening! (Downtown location is just as good!) NOTE: The Willow Park Village Mall has a lot of really unique boutique stores so get to Caesars a few hours before your reservation and you can wander around. These shops do close early.

Still Good, But Not the Caesar's We Remember We celebrated my birthday here on Friday, September 12th. We've dined at Caesar's several times before and have always considered it a top-tier experience. This time, however, we felt the quality had slipped. The food was still decent, but it just wasn't as exceptional as our past visits. We noticed it in the details. The escargots had a distinct earthy taste that we'd never experienced here before, suggesting the seasoning was off. The famous cheese bread, which we usually can't get enough of, was just okay this time—good, but not the "MVP" it used to be. My steak, while still a quality cut of meat, was missing that signature charcoal flavour we love, perhaps a casualty of a very busy kitchen. The restaurant was a full house, and the atmosphere, while still nice, felt overcrowded and noisy because the tables are packed quite closely. We hope this was just an off night, as we've had such wonderful meals here in the past.

Not what it used to be...as a place our family has celebrated special occasions and conducted business meetings/Christmas parties at, Caesars had been a reliable dining experience over the years.

After not going out much over the last couple of years, we decided to visit Caesars for a recent birthday celebration.

Frankly, we were shocked.

While our server was engaging, attentive and accommodating...her efforts couldn't overcome the poor quality and terrible preparation of all 3 of our meals.

A $73 steak was a struggle to eat...tough, flavourless, under-seasoned and way under cooked...after struggling through part of it, I gave up.

A $28 hamburger was tough and bland, with a bun that was already 'mush' by the time it arrived at the table.

Overall, we all had the same feeling...low level food quality, poor preparation and certainly not the value proposition you expect.

Even the cheese toast was dry and void of that cheesy goodness you could always count on at Caesars.

To be fair, our server even approached the table and asked if she could try and get my steak cooked. We are not ones to complain in a restaurant and we don't send meals back...and I assured her that it was ok. When the manager came over and asked about our meal, I was the only one to comment as I mentioned the steak was chewy. He did offer to get me a new one, but again, that's just not something we do in restaurants.

At the end of the day, our server did comp us a dessert 'to go' which was nice of her, but to be honest, I was expecting the manager to provide a gesture of goodwill through an adjustment to a $300 lunch bill. No such gesture came.

We carried on and finished our drinks, paid the bill with an appropriate tip for our service and left shaking our heads in what had become of a generational favourite of our family.

We won't...

My recent visit to Caesar's Steakhouse in Willow Park with two friends was unfortunately disappointing. While the atmosphere and initial presentation were promising, the quality and handling of our meals — particularly the steaks — fell short of expectations. One of my friends ordered a 14 oz strip loin steak cooked medium rare. At first glance, the steak looked well-prepared, but as he continued eating, it became noticeably rarer toward the center. We politely brought this to our server's attention, who was courteous and took the steak back to the kitchen. However, what followed was a frustrating cycle: the steak was returned three separate times and remained undercooked each time — still rare in the center. Our server, to his credit, even put on his prescribed glasses to inspect it more closely, but despite these efforts, the issue wasn’t resolved. By the third attempt, my friend had lost his appetite entirely. In addition to the repeated undercooking, the steak itself didn’t seem fresh — the texture and taste gave the impression it may have been frozen or left sitting too long. We expected more from a steakhouse with Caesar’s reputation, especially when management made no real effort to offer a proper resolution, such as a replacement meal or a partial discount. The handling of the situation felt unprofessional.

The second 10 oz striploin steak my friend received, the fat was uncooked.

Based on this experience, I’d recommend avoiding the strip loin steak at this location, or at least being cautious with how it’s prepared. If you want quality steak, I’m certain you may look at other places, The Keg will never disappoint you.

Sadly, we won’t be returning to any Caesar steakhouse...

Went here on the weekend hoping for a nice dinner date with my husband. We were craving steak and this place was recommended by a family member. We had a reservation in the lounge. We were seated relatively quickly and both ordered steak. The food came out quickly. Our steaks were cooked to the right doneness but were very under seasoned. My husband got fries and gravy and the gravy was disgusting. It tasted like water with salt and flour in it. No flavor whatsoever. I got one of the stuffed potatoes that comes standard. It was very dry most of the way through, and had clearly been in the oven too long. Even with the sour cream added I couldn’t finish it. The cheese toast that everyone talks about from this restaurant never came. When we asked for it they brought garlic toast instead. We would have asked again but the server never came back to check on us until we had finished our dinner to clear our plates. We got the apple pie for dessert and it was okay but I didn’t care for the rum sauce they put on it. While we were eating dessert the bartender began loudly scolding a server about going behind the bar. Another server came and consoled her and then she walked away crying. It was clear that she was young and just training. I’m not sure that going behind the bar deserves that kind of mistreatment and frankly we were very disappointed that a high end restaurant like this would allow their employees to be treated like that from another staff member. It was so unprofessional and made us feel very uncomfortable. So I guess this is what a $200 dinner gets you these days in Calgary! We won’t be back! I’m surprised the reviews are so positive for this restaurant because it was a HUGE...
