Chachi's Southcentre — Restaurant in Calgary

Made a Skip the Dishes order last night for our work staff meeting today and needed to add another sandwich to the order. I called this morning as soon as they opened to see if I could add something to the order, but since the first order was already paid I'd have to place another Skip order and have to pay a delivery fee. So I paid for the order over the phone and they added it to the Skip order to save me a delivery fee. We received our order on time and all was well until we noticed a sandwich is missing. I called the restaurant to let them know we are missing a sandwich. The owner, Vishal Shah, was very apologetic and said he will make one right away and delivered it personally to our work. I was very impressed that he corrected the situation so quickly as our meeting was about to start. But he personally delivered the missing sandwich and treated the person to a cookie for the inconvenience. Stellar customer service. I definitely will be back. I was not a Big fan of Chachi's Sandwich to start with. But I got many recommendations for this location from my friends, so though to give it a shot when I was in the mall. And I'm soo GLAD I DID.

Best Tasting Chachi's Sandwich in Calgary, I've tasted here (will not disclose the other locations, just not to put them down). I can tell you it's the taste in the hands of employee/person making it, Have tried their Veg Sandwich and by no MEANS they are SUBWAY, but they taste sooo good and Fresh. Since they use Ciabatta bun style bread (don't know they exact name), it's good when you finish it Hot, but if you keep it and wait forever to go home to eat, it's the Bread that becomes chewy (from my earlier experience), and Chachi's has nothing to do with it, but you. Similarly like - you add all the sauces to SUBWAY and it'll become Saugy if you don't eat it in time.

Will highly recommend this location...

That Chachi's makes a great sandwich, is stating the obvious. This time around, the customer service experience at their Southcentre Mall outlet over the weekend - blew us away.

Had a sandwich - delicious by the way, goes without saying - ordered two more to go. Two hours later, realized that we had forgotten to collect them on the way out. Looked up their number, called them to let them know and to request them to give the sandwiches away. Spoke with Harsh, who insisted that he would drop them over after his shift was done (overriding our vociferous objections to the contrary) - and a half hour later, he did. Who would do that, for two sandwiches - well, Harsh did.

What are the odds that we will gravitate towards the Chachi's outlet, the next time we are at the Southcentre Mall? :-) :-) Thank you for a great customer...
