After going through drive through and sitting out front 10min for my order getting home to eat I live literally 2 blocks away hungry and excited to eat some chicken strips and 2 cheese burgers and fries my first bite into my burger the paddy was cold old and stale tasted like cardbored both burgers felt like they came out the fridge gave a bite to the lady and she was also disappointed. Ended up tossing both burgers and I order honey bbq strips only half the strips had sauce I sent 30 bucks also grabbed a ice cream cookie for the lady it was also stale . Look ill be honest this is not my first time not happy here last time I sucked it up and figure stuff happens my fault for going back I will never go eat there again seem like the employee's are trained to not toss food out cause it cost them money this place is a bad example or the DQ franchise. 3rd strike for my family was a couple of days when my kids found a dark strand of hair INSIDE the icecream cake we got for their Daddy's birthday. It was so gross! What a mess! I decided to phone the store about this and the Manager, Kamal, seemed polite and professional; she asked that we stop by to pick a replacement cake (same type) which she said would be ready for us. The store location was close so I stopped by the next day for the replacement cake and got interrogated by a male employee who claimed his name was Rad or Raj. This fellow informed me the replacement cake was there for me to pick up BUT demanded I show him "proof of the hair in the cake" and went on to make very, very offensive statements implying I was not being honest about the hair. When I questioned him to explain what exactly he was looking for, he attempted to backtrack and claimed his English was very poor and I misunderstood him. Paid via interact for a burger and fries. Afterwards I was notified that they only had shredded lettuce. Had to explain myself to 3 ppl including the manager until they entertained a refund. The manager then attempted to only refund me for only the burger and to pay for the fries as it was being made. I stood my ground until they refunded all. Their interact would decline refunds so they issued cash. Finally when walking out the manager commented that I should "just ask first next time"...
