I frequently go to DQ's for Blizzards. Have been to this location before and decided to give it another try tonight. Needless to say I won't be back again. The location was out of "everything" according to the girl working the register. The man ordering in front of me had his ordered completely messed up, he was nice and just accepted it (I wouldn't have). He ended up with 3 sundaes when he wanted one sundae with three topings, they had no lids so he ended up giving one of the sundaes to my friend and left with the other two because that is all he could carry (without the lids even the two sundaes he could carry were leaking all over). It was chaos. Once that was over, I ordered my blizzard and it was okay on top, but the rest of it was pretty much just soft serve. I see others have had similar issues. Unfortunate that although this DQ is closest to my house I will travel to other locations for better product...
Read moreGot the wrong order twice. There were four staff standing in the back and just talking and not paying any attention. The first time I received the wrong order they just took the wrong part out and gave me the same but now super messy order. When I asked if they could remake it I was met with dirty looks from the back and it still was not correct. I asked and she said "oh yea yea it's fine now" I just accepted it and left. But when I got to my car I found that it was more wrong then then first time. I came back in and asked again. They agreed to remake it the the younger girl in the back stared me down the whole time. Even after explaining my order and what I could like.
I come here quite often and this is my first time experiencing this. I'm sorry but please pay more attention when making a customers order and less talking amongst yourselfs in clear view...
Read morePicked up a few blizzards with my wife. Got home and noticed that although I ordered a Reese with cheesecake there was almost no Reese and three pieces of cheesecake. As I paid $7 for my blizzard I sure as hell was not happy with that. Took it back and asked for a new one bit a different flavor as I was now turned off. The lady at the register punched it in then asked me how would I like to pay for it. Severely annoyed at this point I replied PAY? Are you serious. At which point someone from the back overhearing the conversation made what I asked for and handed it to me. Big save. Non the less. I won't be returning because it is not the first time they have cheated out on toppings. Not sure if it's being cheap, lazy, or incompetent. But when someone pays that much for an ice cream it better dam well be...
