Do not bother to place an order online. I have tried twice now and each time it was a truly horrible experience. They take much longer than their quoted processing times but are quick to charge your credit card.
Contacting customer service is pointless as the chat will time out, there is no email contact and if you call you will be placed on hold until they disconnect you because they "don't want to keep you waiting"
They will not allow you to cancel an order but instead want you to refuse delivery and return to sender at which time they will refund you. I cannot imagine the 'processing time' that would take.
Stay away. Don't try to reason with them just issue a chargeback on your purchasing credit card as fraudulent. They are as terrible as the worst purchase you have ever...

After I paid, I left the store and realized they had charged me full price. When I went back to inquire, the employee rudely told me it was not on sale and looked at me blankly. I pointed to the tag, he said its an old sale price and continued to look at me like I was an inconvenience. I told him I wanted to return it and again just poor customer service. Read moreI attempted to use a Happy giftcard to purchase some items. It did not swipe through easily on the handheld POS, so I was told that the store did not accept these cards anymore. When I pointed out that DavidsTea is clearly listed on the front of the card, the staff member shrugged her shoulders and said 'take it up with corporate'. I just logged into the online store and was able to process an order using the exact same giftcard, which is in fact listed in the FAQs as an acceptable form of payment.
