I was ordering food around 8:30pm and there was three staffs working at the moment. This happened to the person in front of me even though it wasn’t happening me but it affected me and I have to file a complaint. This complain involved with 3 staff : Staff A : Cooked the rice dish for me Staff B : Cooked the Udon for the lady in front of me Staff C : Cashier ( went outside the counter cleaning )
First of all, the counter was so dirty, lots of garbage, straws sleeves, napkins lying around, even though it was almost the end of the day, it was not acceptable. Secondly, the lady in front of me had ordered a shrimps udon noodle soup. One of the staff “Staff B” place some shrimps on the pan and covered it then he went to grab the udon noodles but was just holding on his hand and was chatting with other staff “Staff A” but not move on cooking noodles. During this time that they were chatting, me and the lady in front of me were just looking at them chatting with each other and were not cooking. Then one of the staff there “Staff C “ went to outside of the counter and grab one of the napkin that is used lying around to wipe the counter. The problem is, this “Staff C” who was cleaning the counter with that dirty napkin then use this dirty napkin and threw it at on “Staff B” (who was still holding the uncooked udon in his hands) which had landed on the cooking pan where all the food is being cooked for the customers, of course some of the little garbage were threw on the pan too. Then, “Staff B” that who was holding the udon then had placed the udon noodles down and reached in his pocket to grab some money from his wallet and gave “Staff C” who was cleaning the counter to go buy something. After he gave money to “Staff C”, he then put the udon noodles into a bowl without washing his hands, he then pour the soup into the udon noodles and put the shrimps and viggies into the bowl. After that, I asked the lady how was the noodle, she said the noodles was not even well cooked, the shrimp was burned (of course the shrimps was burned because no one take care of it and I saw that they didn’t even flip the shrimps over to cook the other side ), the lady also mention the veggies was only cooked for few second. The lady just had a couple of bites and discarded the meal in the garbage. I'll never go back...
Read moreI was going to give them 5stars but decided against it due to a few minor incidents namely: 1) cooks we're not paying attention as to who picks up the food they place on the counter. I was watching a lady from a distance eyeball my order and kept touching the container (with extra Asian veggies). I know it's not hers but because she saw the amount of veggies compared to the other 2 she immediately grabbed the dish. The cook asked her if she wants teriyaki sauce which she said yes. She turned around with a big smile on her face to eat at a table. I was there and saw the whole thing. 2) when a male staff took the other teriyaki dish I knew right there that one of them has no Double Asian veggies (lady took it and the cook didn't add more to mine which I paid for) so I said "I requested and paid Double Asian Veggies, that's not double". He then turned to the cook and said "where's the double Asian veggies? Cook said it's already there. So I had to say something and it goes like this: guys you're not paying attention who takes the food. You just ask them how many scoops of teriyaki sauce, no one double checks what people paid for. They apologized to me and added my extra veggies. 3) My meal comes with 2 spring rolls but nowhere to be found. So I went back the third time to ask for it. In fairness they did try their best to correct the minor mistakes but if they keep going like this giving away food to people who didn't pay for add ins then overhead will go up which translates to increase (AGAIN) in...
Read moreHad a very poor experience here—the veggies were undercooked and staff were very rude. I won’t be returning to this location. When I noticed it was undercooked, I went back and asked directly for a refund and was instead pressured into trying another plate with a different cook. The worker was visibly annoyed while re-cooking the food. She said “next time, you have to ask for well done”. I said “it’s not a matter of well-done or not, the food wasn’t cooked at all.” As I stood there, she passive aggressively asked “is this cooked enough for you now?”. I told her I’m not sure, it’s hard to tell by looking and she’s the chef who should know the cook time. I tried the plate and it was undercooked again. I brought it back and they gave me a hard time with a refund once more. They told me I should have asked for a refund and not another plate—I told them I did ask for a refund, but the person wouldn’t give me one and pressured me to try again. The same staff worker was visibly annoyed, rolling her eyes, and making fun of me to other staff. When I asked if there’s a reason I can’t get a refund, they finally gave me one. (This is coming from a person who never returns food. I felt it was unfair to pay money for food that wasn’t cooked). I also notice they pre-cook all their meats and then reheat them on the grill. It seems they try to rush the cooking process to save time, but in turn, are skipping steps for proper food...
