This was the worst boston pizza i have ever had the displeasure to visit. We wanted a good meal while shopping and this was angering. We were sat in a section that seemed to have no server. We sat for 12 minutes, nobody came by. Then when i stopped the hostess, she just said how long have you been here? No sorry, no let me help you. Then we get some server who is less interested in actually helping and more about whatever could possibly be going on. This first instance should have brought the manager Ash out to check on tables. Nope, he stood in the kitchen way. Then the starter came out wrong, we sent it back, and waited for it come back properly. This problem should have signaled the manager but no, Ash was nowhere to be seen. Then our cups sat empty for well over 20 minutes as we waited for our meals. My partners burger had lettuce after we said three times no lettuce, his fries were soggy and dripping in butter. The cups still sat empty through out us eating our meal, and a couple next to us who had been seated before our food still had not even had a server talk to them. The lady had to get up and ask the hostess for service. This yet again did not spark a fire under Ash for he was MIA. Finally came bill time, our serve dragged him self from whatever was super important and forgot to bring the bill and had to go get it, he asked if we wanted a refill, we said sure and told him what kind. He brought back an iced tea, we said pepsi, and a bill but then said he forgot the pin pad. This was embarrassing for this restaurant, the owner must take a look at their staff and make some tough decisions. The service problems stem from the owner not being a driving force with the management, and managers not training and not showing pride in the business or their customers. The managers should be making rounds not just for bad service, they are the face of the business and right now the only face for this restaurant was the upset customers next to us and the look of the annoyed server. we decided to order all together, rather than separately, so in that way we could try out more menus together.
we ordered the pizza which was “boston royal”. i just ate 2 pieces of it because it was not what i expected.. i was expecting it to have more flavour, as well as the texture of the dough will be soft, but out of my expectations, it was completely opposite. it had no exact flavour, and i really could not tell what i was supposed to be tasting, except for the shrimp. if i were to rate this pizza out of 5, i will give it a 2/5. 1 point for the shrimp, and the other for how pretty it looks. (my bf did not even like it that after he finished one slice, we just got it in a to-go box) ⭐️⭐️ ☆ ☆ ☆
for the second meal, we got a pasta which is always my favourite “the hungry carnivore”. i love the fact that is has so many ingredients, and so much variety of flavours, it makes me feel like my money is worth it. i will give it a 4/5. 1 point lost because my bf did not like it a bit. last but not least, the fried wings!! always a 5/5 because i always love how well cooked it is, and i hate it when im eating them, and i suddenly see blood, or uncooked parts, it’s very uncomfortable. however, this boston never fails to amaze me with how chewy and tender their wings are. we recommend to get more pieces, as it is SO good, and you would want it more!! 😁⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
if i was going to talk about the server, she was alright i guess. she did not come over to us ever, just when she was taking orders from new customers near us, that is when she would come over. i mean come on.. what if we need something? 🙁. it was not that busy too! ⭐️⭐️ ☆ ☆ ☆

Read moreCame here with my husband on a Thursday night since we were already at the mall. Looks like we walked in after a rush, but it wasn’t busy when we came in. There were dirty tables everywhere! Not even pre bussed. There were tables that hadn’t been bussed or cleaned when we got there that sat untouched the entire time we were there, entire dirty dishes, glasses, everything. The family seated next to us appeared to be finished when we sat down and their table sat uncleared during our entire visit once they left. The dining room was a disaster. Appeared to be more than enough staff on. Hostess thought it was more important to sort menus and another server behind the bar put glasses away over cleaning tables. Didn’t appear to be a manager on site at the time. Staff probably needs more guidance and training regarding priority of tasks and working as a team, or they just need a manager. Note to management: full hands out, full hands in and teamwork! Our server was friendly. She appeared to be the only one serving and she had to get her own drinks behind the bar. While we were greeted at the door and seated quickly it took some time for our server to come over and say hi. By the time she came to take our order we were ready to order everything. We shared chicken bites and a pizza, while we did ask for the chicken bites to start everything came at once, not a big deal. Food was good, but the coating on the chicken bites is a little too heavy. Service was just ok although again friendly. Obviously not a great experience sitting in a messy dining room the whole time.
