The most dissatisfying customer service experience. We were served by one lady who refused to respond to questions asked by the person ordering, instead talked directly talked to the other. She spoke so quickly and without explanation of what items were included choices, and which items were extras for additional charges. She added 5 upcharge extras for two bowls of soup. Rather than answering questions about the total bill, she talked through us to start ringing up the next customer in line. So rude! Another staff member stood with their back to the counter placing vegetables into plastic bags. In the past, we have chosen this company for their non-styrofoam, non-plastic packaging and did not want any plastic bags in our order. This was our last...

Decided to try out this place, and found no one ordering from here in the semi busy food court. First instinct was this is a bad sign, but ordered anyway because it also meant I wouldn't have to wait long.

Got the beef and meatball pho to go. I was disappointed that I didn't get any basil, that there was only one meatball cut into four pieces, and that the rare beef slices were cooked. I figured the latter was because I got my food to go, but when combined with the soup, the beef became overcooked. The broth was pretty basic and would benefit from more depth in flavour. It's great that the bowl was paper and compostable, but the noodles stuck to it.

Given the price I paid for the quality I received, I would choose to go somewhere...

Ordered specifically meatballs noodles, cashier hesitated n keyed in beef & meatball pho. When I brought to the table I realized it’s wrong but my folks already eaten; however only have 1 meatball n rest are beef! I went back to tell the guy who took my order, he seemed not understanding me n no apology! I left but this wasn’t the first time they made a mistake on my order as I only want meatballs. Why don’t you add meatballs pho on your menu then?!!! Very bad service that he probably knew as he was hesitated for my order n took a long time on the...

Had the lemongrass chicken rice bowl. I really appreciated that it came in a totally compostable bowl (since this location is in a food court). Execution on the doneness of the egg was excellent with its crispy white and runny yolk and presentation of the bowl was nice. The dish itself loses a star because the chicken was lathered in a teriyaki sauce rather than being lemongrass chicken. The service was quick and easy. Saw some people with bowls of pho and those looked very nice. I’d rate this restaurant in the top three spots to eat in this food court.

Not great. The pho broth is lacking flavour. I asked for no sprouts and they gave me sprouts and forgot the basil. What is pho without basil? Disappointing taste, will not return for pho! The beef satay sub on the other hand is good, but just good.
