This is a Vietnamese Sub place with excellent Bahnmi. The owner is usually at this location. He reminds me of the former Japanese PM, made me stop and do a double take. I had the satay beef sandwich because I've never seen it anywhere else. Nice tender chopped beef with Vietnamese pickles and cilantro in a crunchy soft baguette. Definitely a great deal and tasty treat. Lots of hate from new profiles with few posts, probably from envious competition.

My all time favourite viet sub place in Calgary for over a decade, it has never disappointed me! The subs are big enough to share, vegetables are fresh and the meat is soft and not hard to chew. The service was amazing, the lady is always very very kind

I always get bubble tea here. Everytime i visit the T&T mall. This is my first encounter giving me a bubble tea which is Taro but the buble tea its like watery too much water or milk is not considered as bubble tea. Its like a milk tea.

Love this place! THEE best in the city, the couple who run it are so charming and sweet the baguettes are toasted to order and the ingredients are always fresh and prepared with love and laughter. The bubble tea is also Stellar and every chance I can I get my favorite: mango avacado mix. It's sweet and creamy and I haven't found anywhere else whose happy to do it for...

Very bad customer service. The lady was screaming for no reason when i told her that there is not enough mango bcz she filled it with milk. It's not free bcz you pay for it and you have the right to get what you want.

I don't recommend this place to anyone.

She makes you embarrassed in front of everyone. There was no flavour at all, no mango taste just the...
