Manchu Wok — Restaurant in Calgary

I bought honey garlic chicken meal 15 minute before closing goes home the chicken is very hard and taste bitter !!! ? Inever had anything like this in my life, I went there for sink next day in the morning the lady agreed me nice but when I asked for a refund she pretend that she doesn’t understand what I’m saying she asked me to come back to see a manager!! This is a bad game bad customer service if I got the offer a free food for a month or for a whole year I will never go to this location or this company again, I guess they forgot that they are not the only restaurant in Calgary,,, my advice spend the money somewhere else don’t go to this location or...

A really unfortunate place for food. For the prices, it’s ridiculous. The food looked as though it had been sitting since the morning time. The protein had texture similar to fake meat. It was the texture of old Sobeys frozen appetizers. The service was awful. You def can tell none of them care. I guess I would t either knowing that minimum wage isn’t sufficient to pay for minimum cost of living. Why would these employees care about being nice and clean. Why be nice? Why be clean? Why make sure that food is at least close to fresh? These employees probably barely get benefits so why would give two craps about this restaurant. Just...

If I could give this place a zero star I would. We went in today and only my little cousins ordered, they ended up chewing metal from their food so I went to the counter to tell them and some guy named Kevin said “So?” After I told him we found metal in the food. He didn’t apologize for the metal he just said “go to the hospital if you want” in a very rude way. I asked for a manager and he was the manager? I also asked for a head office number but he refused.
