I attended this McDonalds on Sunday July 16th at around 1030am with my 3 sons. It was our first time ever attending this location. We were eating first before going to the Rec Room for some fun.
My 2 adult sons ordered their food and got the food fairly quickly.
I ordered for my young teen son and I. We ordered 1x hotcakes with sausage, 6 breakfast burritos and a couple drinks. I left my teen son in sight at the counter to get the food, thinking it would only be a few minutes. My two adult sons were already at the table within 5 min eating. At 11 minutes after I had ordered I decided to join my youngest teen son to find out was going on. I was alarmed that our order of hotcakes was sitting on a tray getting cold and the breakfast burritos had not even been started. My son said the hotcakes had been on the tray for a few min before I arrived. I confronted the Manager and asked what is going on and complained the hotcakes were getting cold. He politely said they would be what I assumed would be remade. He had staff microwave them. I figured that's probably what they do normally and left it alone, to attend the rest of the order. Next, the Manager had to call back to an employee to ask where the 6 burritos were after I said the order is 11 plus minutes old. That's when the employee got started on them. I also complained that my two older sons were nearly done eating and we didn't even have food yet. I wanted to share a meal with my whole family. The Manager apologized and said he would bring the food to the table. I was up there for at least 5 min before returning to the table.
It was easily another 5 min before we got the food at the table. The Manager apologized again and brought an 1 apple pie as a peace offering. Pretty lame when it's two people orders. We began to eat and at least 1 burrito was cold, I couldn't eat it. Cold egg is not fun. The rest were luke warm. You would think that after waiting 20-25 for fast food they could at least make sure it's piping hot. I appreciated the Manager polite way of dealing with things, but 1 pie doesn't make up for long waits and cold food.
My impression was that the staff was not on task. They seemed undisciplined and more than willing to be joking around. Not sure why the guy making the burritos took around 13 minutes to start the order. The Manager should be asking where the food is long before a customer complains. He didn't seem to have good control of his staff.
This was the first and last experience at this location as I will make sure we go to a McDonalds like East Hills, that is run properly. Writing this review will hopefully be read by the ownership of the location so they have a chance to clean up...

Read moreRe: racist in the black coat working the night shift of september 17/18- they messed up my order and gave me someone elses fries and missed my burger. Then they ignored me at the door for 10 min, I went around to the drive through and "zolette"(blue shirt) said she'd be with me in a minute. 3 more cars pass and the black coat lady shouted at me that I have to leave, and that she made my order so she knows there was no mistake. The car beside me was missing their fries (the ones they presumably gave me) and she told them "you're not getting your fries. Go away." I gave them the fries in my bag (now cold) because I felt bad for them but for the racist to expect that customers swap items is unsanitary and unacceptable. When she finally gave me my filet o fish it was lukewarm, as if they made it and forgot to give it to me. Surprise! Now all my food is cold as I was standing in the drive thru for 10 min on top of the 10 at the door. What terrible customer service and attitude of the staff overall. I will be calling corporate with this situation. For clarification, I noticed my order was wrong so I went up to the walk in where I knocked for a while. They ignored me so I went to the drive through. When I was finally talked to, I was standing beside a car with 2 asian people in it (the people missing their fries) and the black coat lady asked us if "we were the ones with all the mobile orders." I did not know the people in the car- it was racist of her to assume that we were all together because of...
