Mia pasta - Deerfoot City — Restaurant in Calgary

NO VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY. here we go... I had made a commitment a while ago to only try to give positive reviews... so much negativity in the world these days.... but I feel obligated in this case... I ordered with DoorDash and got it delivered fast enough but from the second I lifted the bag I could tell I was in for disappointment from the value perspective... 18 bucks and I get 2/3 of an already miniscule chinese-food style takeout carton... I called them to find out if there was a mistake.. but nope... that is their standard size according to their manager.. so their standard size is a disappointment... italian food lovers beware... you are probably better off with Cibo or...

Never coming back here again…. I thought I would go there and eat in my lunch break but unfortunately when I get there; the owner said come back in 15 minutes… and am like okay no problem… even though I was starving and that was only place that I wanted to eat and I started waiting for 15 mins to get over…. Then I thought to sit there and wait…. And it’s been only 10 mins; and I saw he started helping these two ladies…. Like seriously???? What a great customer service… but never coming back here👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 So much disappointed and this guy even realised that I am watching him but didn’t even care to...

I decided to post a new updated review because Mia Pasta wrote a note apologizing to me for a paste mistake and they made it up to me. I’m impressed with their level of caring as not as small businesses care about their customers like that. At any rate, this restaurant serves by far Calgary’s best pasta, in my humble opinion. I can’t find tortellini to order for family and myself anywhere else, so it’s awesome that this restaurant serves delicious foods in addition to offering a great selection. The prices are reasonable and quality is reliable....
