The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I like their coffee, and so I went there to get some espresso tonic since this location is really close to the c-train station, and I wanted to surprise my fiancé with his favorite coffee. Last time, I got the same drink, and the cup was only half filled with coffee, and the rest was just a foam. I get that tonic is really foamy as any other soda because I am a barista as well. The first time i ordered there, they were almost closed and I didn't expect a cup with half of the foam, so I didn't want to make any complaints, and I just grabbed my drink. Today, I ordered the same coffee, and I saw her filling the cup with ice to the top I asked for the light ice and she told me she's not gonna make me a full drink with less ice. I was deeply surprised as I paid $15 dollars for the coffee as well as the brownie bar and energy ball, so I was expecting the drink that I paid for. So i asked her If she can pour a full cup and she said yes. And then she gave me my drink and 1/3 of it was just a foam. Beside of all the bad experience with a coffee I never had a barista asking for the tip straight in your face, mentioning that they have a tip menu before the tapping. P.S. The coffee tasted burnt and bitter this time too so I don't think she actually cares about how to make coffee for...

If you have food allergies, stay away, they don't care.
We were at a meeting close to this coffee shop and were frequenting it almost twice every day for a week. I have a dairy and honey allergy and every time I ordered my coffee or food, I would mention that. On the first day, I ordered a sweet latte with oat milk and mentioned that to the cashier and she said ok all is fine. After drinking the coffee, my throat started getting itchy, I thought allergies were acting up, so I popped a benadryl. On the second day when I was ordering the same drink and mentioned my allergies, the server informed me that sweet latte infact had honey as a sweetener. Luckily for me, I did not have an anaphylactic reaction. I chalked it up to a mistake. On the 4th day, I ordered an oat latte, got my coffee almost 20 minutes after ordering. I have been off dairy for such a long time that I don't know how it tastes like, I spent the next few hours being violently I'll and throwing up and covered in blisters since that day as I am severely allergic to dairy. It's been a month and I am still waiting to hear back from the district manager about how they handle food allergies and staff training in...
