Subway — Restaurant in Calgary

Most disgusting sub I’ve ever had from subway ! Meatballer sub , the meatballs were cold and stale and had a funny taste to them, the mozzarella cheese was not even melted , the topping were a few days old because you could not bite through some of them because they were like rubber . I’ve had stomach cramps and bad diarrhea all day today . The older lady working there does not do a good job at all , the customers are rushed through the toppings and are given no chance to say what they would or would not like on their sub . I said red onions , the lady put a whole handful of crispy onions on instead which I would never put on my sub . I went there to get a sub I wanted but came out of there with a stale , cold meatball sub that had salsa instead of marinara sauce . Would not recommend this location to anyone this is the 3rd time getting a sub from this place and all 3 times were disappointing and a waste of money ! The prices of subway doubled in 5 years but the quality of food and service dropped 50% if not more . No idea where to complain and get...

Went in today august 11, 2025 around 4:10pm. And a young brown gentleman with glasses and no name tag was standing at the front counter sitting on his cell phone. Walked up and was ready to order and he stayed on his cell phone not paying me any attention. A older Asian lady with the name tag ms dolly came to the front asking the gentleman to help or do what ever in the back away from the counter. She asked him multiple times and He did nothing but argue and give her his entitled attitude!!

This was shocking and disgusting to me as a customer that he would be so arrogant to argue with a coworker infront of a customer.

I hope the manager of this location sees this post and reviews the camera footage and fires this kid. This is not the type of people you want working for you, or being the face of your customer service based work. Ms Dolly does not work at a daycare nor does she deserve to be treated the way I watched this...

Came here to grab a sub on my lunch. Place was empty as it usually is when I go but today they lost my service for good. The gal behind the register wasn't doing anything when I came in and there was another employee setting up baloons throughout as it looked for some sort of promotion. I stood at the till wanting to order and waited patiently till I was acknowledged. The lady putting up the baloons told the cashier to take my order on more than one occasion, than the cashier lady started making a sub. Still not acknowledging me. The other lady with baloons asked again for the cashier girl to take my order to which the cashier responded " no! I will, just hang on! Let me do this" UNBELIEVABLE!! BRUTAL COSTUMER SERVICE!
