Read moreWorst subway ever. As I was picking veggies for my sandwich (Oct 24, 2023 2-2:30pm), the worker was TEXTING on her phone and in the middle of my order walked away to continue texting. Another man came in and finished the sandwich. When I said I wanted onion he proceeded to grab the onion teriyaki sauce and I kept saying "no no sorry onion" he kept attempting to put this sauce on my sandwich to which I said a final and firm "no" he put some sauce on and then grabbed the onion. When I was ready to pay, she kept texting. When my partner paid, we noticed that he was charged for milk that we did not ask or have. When I went to get a refund. The same man could not understand me AGAIN. I pointed out the terrible customer service and that texting is not only rude but unsanitary when making my food. Please I would request whoever maintains this google review please take some action. Customers never deserve such behavior. The manager herself was also very disrespectful to us. This is not a fake review and I kept the receipt as proof.
Just responding your reply in here: First understand that it was not at all about only refill. The way she told us not taking the refill was the issue. Check out your other review. I am not the only one who is annoyed by your employees behaviour. A popular chain like subway should teach some etiquette to there employees.
