Had a really bad experience here and have never gone back since. A few months back I was at the mall shopping towards the end of the day. I know after a certain time their sushi goes on sale. Usually if I am there earlier I would just buy it at regular price because I enjoy the food and do not mind paying but since I was there late, I thought I would ask to see when the sale would go on. The sign was right behind the desk (ready to go out). As I asked the cashier, a lady from the back shouted, in Cantonese, "Don't tell him, make him pay full price". I guess she didn't think I understood. I walked away and continued to shop. 5-10 minutes later I went back and the sign was out.. I haven't gone back since. I think it was extremely unprofessional. Had a very bad experience here today (Sep04, 2021, Saturday around 4 pm). We took one sushi which was maybe chilli prawn and ordered slush drink and then told him to add some items into it. The items was pearls and Lychee coconut. However, we went there to buy some foods instead he took our order, he corrected our pronunciation. Most embarrassing was that it was more than one time and told us repeatedly that we need to pronounce it correctly. It was utterly disgusting 🤢 and finally me and my husband cancel that order.
