Worst experience ever! I have had yogurt mango from various places and have had amazing drinks being made with yogurt being clearly there in the drink. Requested yogurt mango for my family from this place today and there was no yogurt at all in all the drinks and they filled in tap water to fill in the cup. It was simply mango flavoured water that I was served while I ordered yogurt mango. The workers kept laughing after looking at each other when they filled in tap water in each of the drinks i ordered and continued giggling even after I asked why do they use tap water. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour. All the drinks had to be thrown to the garbage and we as customers have been ripped off. This bubble tea store is a gem! Every drink I've tried so far has been delicious and refreshing. The milk teas are creamy and flavorful, and the fruit teas are super fresh with just the right amount of sweetness. Their tapioca pearls are always soft and chewy—never too hard or mushy.

The menu offers a great variety of flavors and customizations, so you can always try something new. The staff is friendly, helpful, and quick with orders, which makes the experience even better.

The store has a fun and cozy atmosphere, perfect for catching up with friends or just grabbing a drink on the go. Definitely one of the best bubble tea...

I came back to Cha House in Sunridge Mall after my friend quit/fired to give their drinks another try, but unfortunately, nothing's changed. The boba is still weak, and the flavors are still bland.

My friend's experience working here was already a red flag - they mentioned being treated poorly by the owner and their coworkers and receiving unfair pay. Now, as a customer, I can see that the staff are still overworked and stressed which may or may not affect how they handle customers.

Until Cha House prioritizes their employees' well-being and improves their drinks, I won't be back. Disappointing...
