If it was possible to give 0 Stars I would. Definitely the worst Tim Hortons in the entire city of Calgary. Every single morning I go through this drive-thru. No longer at this one, the service gets worse daily. Your drive-thru times don't mean anything if they're not actually accurate when you're holding people at the speaker boxes you can make each individual item as they order it. Then clearing your times off the screen right away your times are not accurate. All you're doing is hurting the customer. Literally had to wait 10 minutes at speaker box for the person beside me to order multiple sandwiches and wraps. All I wanted was two coffees. It's lined to the road. I said hello multiple times so someone else could help me on the second speaker. They only allow one car to order a time even though they have two speaker boxes. Then they only allow you to say one item and then they tell you to hold on a minute so that they have time to make whatever it is you just told them before you get to the window to keep their time low. However when you ask for an item and they don't have what you need to make it correctly they get angry at you. Example. I ordered a large iced coffee made with chocolate. They didn't have chocolate milk even though it was a Tuesday morning. Switch is my order to a hot coffee. The lady that the window had the nerve to get mad at me for changing my order because they had already made my iced coffee. They didn't have chocolate milk so didn't want an iced coffee any longer. They don't have what I want why are they getting mad at me for changing my order. I asked for an assorted box of timbits. I specifically say no old-fashioned no plain. All they gave me was plain an old fashioned the day before by the same two ladies working the drive-thru. When I ordered it this time I specifically said do not give me any plain or old fashioned timbits like you did yesterday. I would like assorted flavours. Even though it was the same two ladies they said we don't do that. Will you literally did, not even 24 hours before. Definitely will never be going to this Tim Hortons ever again. It's worth the extra drive to go a bit farther to get what you actually ordered and to have it made correctly and not have someone get angry at you because you changed your order after they...

I initially had chosen to pick it up via drive-thru but the line was so long (another indication that their service is slow) so I decided to go inside the store and claim it over the counter.
When I went in, there were no staff in the pick-up area and even in the counters, while around 4 people were waiting to order. After 5 minutes, someone finally walked up onto the pick-up section and I said my mobile order. The staff then went to the drive-thru window to ask her colleagues. I waited for 3 minutes and she didn't go back to me, she just proceeded to take orders. I overheard her asking "where do we get the drive-thru orders?" she seems so clueless, their team was so disorganized and all of the staff were so timid. I asked her again if it's not ready yet can I just refund it, and then she asked her other colleague to answer my question because apparently she has no clue. The new staff asked me what was my order and I asked for a refund but since I ordered from the app, she said I should refund it through the app so I had no choice. I waited another 2 minutes to get my coffee.
Won't recommend this Tim Horton's branch at all or if you're in a hurry. Service is slow...

Then, she kept mumbling something, so when I said "Sorry, what?" she, with attitude, told me that the food I ordered wasn't available. Of course im frustrated, I just worked 8 hours and its 12:30 am, so I ask for a refund so I can just go home and forget about it, she then tells me she can't give me a refund and to come back in the morning (Again, just worked 8hrs, it is 12:30 am and I don't even live here) so im like, thats ridiculous, im bot coming back in the morning. She couldn't reach any sort of compromise with me, so I took my receipt and left.
If you're out of stock of something, remove it from your app 𤷠also, train your employees not to have attitude first thing when a customer approaches them.
Edit: Went back in before my shift, was told again there wasn't a manager, however they were going to offer a refund or honor the order. They seemed confused when I told them the employee said they were out of stock, so I think there's some...
