Gave this location another shot around supper time and it's been great. But.....Just left the drive thru 9:50 ish. A full hour and a bit before closing. Noone else in the drive thru so bonus. Ordered my Dave's single combo. Sat at the drive thru window for almost 5 minutes while they made the order. Didn't mind waiting. Got my food and made my way home. Stopped at a light and grabbed a fry. Friggin stale and Cold French fries. Again. Quality control needs to check this place. Why did I wait so long for cold fries?

   Read moreI got my friend to pick an order for the both of us this morning through the mobile app. Extremely unsatisfied with the older woman working at the drive through. My friend had to ask her to fill up the coffee which for the second time now they have messed up a simple drink. She looked tired and gave her a regular coffee instead of the Vanilla Frostyccino. How can you mess up a simple drink.... The drink also looked darker than usual which not to my surprised when I had a sip of it. The lady at drive through has ZERO customer service skills. Was rude even at the order screen. Ripped the money out of my moms hands and even after we said thank u after recieving our food she was moody and blank. No "youre welcome" or anything. Every single person who works in customer service should be required to take a customer service workshop.
