The complete order was incorrect. 1 pizza had no sauce, 1 pizza had wrong sauce, wings were drenched in bbq sauce when it was ordered on the side. When I called in to complain was treated rudely and when I refused the 50% off my next order I was told that I could email in a complaint. So here it is. After being hung up on, I drove to the location. At the store two men came from behind the counter and stood behind me while I received my refund. Felt they were attempting to intimidate me. I paid 80 to the delivery driver but only received 72 as a refund. On top of the awful and disgusting service, the bit of pizza and wings that I did try was nasty and cold . The crust tasted cheap and definitely not made from fresh dough. The toppings looked below grade and cheap. The cheese was like plastic. The potatoe wedges were cold and undercooked. Don't know where to start!!! A lot of pizza places will pay for good reviews to get ahead. But by no means this review is nothing but an appreciation needed to be stated. We can start with the excellent customer phone service friendly talk while being acknowledged by name remembering your recent orders which was cool after only ordering once previous which more likely then not won't happen with a lot of pizza places. But the thing that stood out to me was thinking the store was open an hour later then it actually was cause got days mixed up , and being told that they close in ten minutes but said to me let me see what we can do (on a delivery order mind you) they went out of there way to deliver a (9.4/10) pizza that's become my personal fav in the region can't go wrong see...
