Honestly, this experience was bad. Paid just under $70 for 3 dishes for takeout last month, and they were all bad - See the photos. The first concern should be that there was not 1 person in the restaurant just before 7 pm on a Thursday. The Noodle dish was definitely cooked a day or more ago and sat in the fridge. They were all stuck together and took the shape of the container just like they do when you have leftovers 2 days later. They didn't even have the courtesy of tossing it in a pan so it mimics a freshly cooked dish. The curry was basically red water with no flavor and runny as ever - more like a soup consistency. The highlight was the shrimp dish, which wasn't as bad as the other two but not anywhere close to worth the money paid for it. Portion sizes are tiny, 3 dishes should feed 4 people, but not here. I don't have many 1-star reviews unless it's really, really bad, and this experience was a glaring example. I definitely will not go back to give a second chance based on the price and quality, so visit at your own risk. I sincerely hope my experience...

I’m giving this a 4 but it’s more like a 3.5 in my opinion. Went for lunch time, and was presented with a lunch only menu, and it had some good options and at a good value. A main, with soup/salad and a spring roll for under $20, and tasted pretty good.

The issues comes with their service, or lack there of. There was one waitress, and she had one additional table to service. After receiving our food, she disappeared. We had a few things we needed, and she was no where to be found. During the meal my wife was coughing due to a pepper being stuck in her throat, and even though she could hear, and I was making eye contact with the server, she went back to whatever she was reading and ignored us. I had to get up and ask for water, and an additional time for additional items.

The food quality was good, but doesn’t make up for a complete lack of interest in the customers ordering that food. First and last time...

Not entirely sure where the rave reviews are coming from, perhaps people of Cambridge haven't experienced good food? I ordered $60+ worth of take out for my family here yesterday and it was some of the blandest food I've had in a long time.

Sweet and sour pork: very disappointing the pork was steamed or boiled i've never seen a sweet and sour dish that's not crispy breaded pieces.

Pad ke mao with beef: also very disappointing it was a basically a clump of unseasoned plain rice noodles that were all stuck together, with no sauce barely any beef and a couple pieces of some red pepper.

Cashew chicken: it was ok again very bland.

Pad thai: only thing that was ok but nothing to keep me coming back

the only thing I enjoyed was your spring rolls.

DEFINITELY NOT AUTHENTIC THAI, they didn't even ask what spice level id like. No heat very bland skimpy portions there's way better places to spend your hard...

Got the mango sticky rice from here before, but this time is was beyond awful. The rice was dry and cold. And the coconut cream on top was mind boggling! It was barely 5% sweet for being a dessert. The coconut cream on top is supposed to be sweet but seems like they literally just put the fresh cream, didn’t even taste like coconut. When asked for more of the cream on the side so that it could cover up the dry texture of rice, we were served with the cream MIXED WITH WATER. This was after the server was unwilling to serve some extra because it was supposed to be “just for garnish”. Seems like it was made a week ago and they were resting the same rice. And, it wasn’t cancelled on the bill too, so thats 8 bucks in vain! Never going back, spoilt my mood terribly!

We have ordered chicken pad thai many times and usually love it. In fact, I often rave about it to anyone who likes thai food. Tonight, the dish we received was nothing like the usual. I couldn't see the noodles because they had turned to mush, the bean sprouts were also smushy, and just very saucy, almost like a gravy or something. It seemed like it had been sitting there for hours. It was inedible and incredibly disappointing (because it is one of my favourite things to order in). We called the restaurant to let them know and even asked if they recently changed their recipe. They said the recipe was the same and barely even apologized. They didn't seem to care. I plan to take the pad thai back tomorrow so they can see what we received.
