NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered a pickup order on uber, I specifically ordered "traditional sauce" NOT BBQ sauce for TWO PIZZAS because I know my family and I DO NOT LIKE BBQ SAUCE. I get there and tell the guy at the front here for a pickup order and my name, he stands there for a couple secs confused and goes grabs the order, he then asks me for a number, I tell him I dont have one because I'm not an uber pickup person I'm the actual customer and don't have a number but I showed him my uber receipt. he continues to just stand there holding the food boxes hostage LOL and is questioning what I am telling him, like seriously?? this was almost at midnight, how many people placed the same exact order as mine with the same name as me, like use your common sense and stop being so weird. Once he finally slowly gives me the boxes after he quadruple checks its me who placed the order like ughhh I tell him the drinks I want, I tell him I want COKE ZERO and he grabs zero Coca Cola and I was no not zero CC, I want the silver can and he randomly grabs the regular CC?? like what. I correct him and he grabs the correct drinks finally. I open the TWO pizza box and see they Both have BBQ on them like ughhh so frustrating. I tell him I didn't order BBQ I chose traditional sauce, and I even showed him on the app, he continues to say he can't do anything about it and its not his problem, like wowwww very good service, soooo helpful. I continue to explain how I ordered and showing him proof but he is very dismissive and does not care at all. How is it my fault that I unchecked BBQ but that "didn't show up" on uber, that is NOT my fault, I'm a costumer, this is clearly an issue on your end of the store or uber company if they are not clearly communicating what the costumer selected. Either way, it would have been nice if he seemed somewhat sincere or apologetic but nope, nothing, very bad costumer service, I will never order from this store again, every time I come to this store its always the same guy and always a problem, he lacks sympathy and social skills. Pizza 73 online gave me the earliest pick-up time of 11:15 am. I showed up to the location, and it was closed. So I called customer service and they didn't help me in any way. They told me that my complaint would be set to IT. I asked for a future credit, nothing. Now Im scrambling trying to find something to get for my Easter party for lunch. It's now passed 11:30. I unfortunately went to Sobeys and bought 7 frozen pizzas. I spent an hour cooking them at home. We had pizza at 1 pm. It's so sad that customer service said it was my fault.
