Two drunk people at counter selling what they don’t know. It was couple of weeks ago we went to try their noodle bowl and ordered a chicken noodle bowl , after 3-4 times they understood the order. I don’t know if they were high or something but the guy seemed to be unusual at the counter also the guy at the kitchen with the wok too was high, as if they have no interest to work. The quantity was as micro mini as it could be I have attached an image, no fork- no sauce given also it tasted so rotten that I had to throw it in dustbin. For a 19$ chicken noodle with kung pao flavour they are fooling people. Also see the way they have packed it became wet and more smelly like in 10 mins I brought home since I opened it. They don’t know anything for serving I’m sure. I had heard a lot of this place and seen review so went but this was first...

I have never been so dissapointed by your restaurants in my life. Today I ordered food for pick up at 5, and someone called my mother at horn from the downtown 108 restaurant at 4 stating it was ready. My mother was yelled at by your staff member to come pick it up because they won’t “waste food”. It’s not our fault!!! My family also works in the restaurant business and we know how to respect and treat our customers. This was atrocious. When I came to pick up the food I was again told that food was being wasted and was spoken to rudely. When I brought the food home it was cold. I am positive I was given the food made for four. You have lost a customer that has been around since there were only 2 locations....

Got a piece of sharp metal in noodles after ordering from their skip the dishes, house of mein. Also couldn't get contact info from skip the dishes or online to contact house of mein because its under oodle noodle but no one tells you that. After contacting the restaurant and explaining that a piece of metal in their food cut my guests mouth, they said management (Edmund) would contact me. No one has tried to resolve the issue or to contact me and when i did repeatedly phone back for managment still no one returned the call, so if you don't want metal in your food, order somewhere else. Really wish they didn't garnish their dishes...

It was my first to eat at this restaurant but my fiancé has been ordering spring rolls that tasted so good. They even had a special filipino dish 'beef pares' which consist two ways, either rice or noodles. We ate the beef pares with rice. This meal cost under $30 that is worth to eat for two people around dinner. It is worth recommended especially for places to eat at jasper ave. My suggestions for the store is to put up a board or something to spice outside their door because I would've have not seen it if my fiancé haven't told me at all. I've been walking around that area many times and I wouldn't go there if it was not for him. 😉
