I visited Delhi Darbar in Charlottetown last week and had an amazing experience. I ordered the biryani, butter chicken, and garlic naan, and every dish was absolutely delicious.

The biryani was fragrant and perfectly spiced, with tender pieces of meat and rich flavor in every bite. The butter chicken was perfect,flavorful, and cooked to perfection—exactly how this classic dish should be. The garlic naan was fresh, warm, and soft, with just the right amount of garlic to make it irresistible.

The restaurant has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole dining experience even better.

We were really looking forward to trying Delhi Darbar - heard great things, and it’s brand new, so we figured the food would be top-notch. Took my family for dinner and ordered the Delhi Chicken Sampler on the server’s suggestion. Huge mistake.

The Seekh Kebabs were dry, tough, and tasted reheated - like they’d been frozen for days. The Hariyali Kebabs were honestly rancid. My kid was with us, so we didn’t touch another bite and left hungry.

The server was kind and tried her best, going back and forth to the kitchen, but even after a manager came and agreed the food wasn’t right, they still charged us for the whole thing.
