Jim's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Chilliwack

Absolutely love their pizza however have had an awful time trying to get in touch with and communicating with the manager My fiance and I were looking at placing an order of 60+ pizzas so we went in and asked if there was anyone we could talk to they said no and gave us an email address. Not a problem sent off an email with rough information asking if it’s something they could do and if we could get a rough quote. We did not hear back for awhile and then got an email saying yes they can the manager will contact us soon. However they never did so we went in again and was given a phone number. We called the following day and the manager did answer said they definitely could and we asked them to please reply to the email it has the information. They said they would. They next day we still had not heard back. We understood they are busy but were becoming frustrated at this point as we’ve been trying to get a response for over a month at this point. We called again and the manager said they saw it but didn’t respond. We again asked them to and they said they will in 5 mins. I sent a follow up email with what our order would be at this point in time hoping it may be easier to get a rough quote and again never heard back.

So I never received an email from them like the manager said he would do I called the managers number back today and said I’m still waiting and boom the manager hangs up on me so I called again and went straight to voicemail l. So I call the stores number and the manager picks up but I didn’t realize it was the manager so I said I’m trying to get some info about them catering and was told we would get an email response to our initial email from them. So I asked for a manager and he says “oh ya that’s me” after I asked why he hung up on me and he proceeded to tell me “oh I didn’t do that” he said he’d send an email within a half hour and he never did that so I wouldn’t recommend this place when it comes to placing big orders or having them cater. I first called to order a large 4 topping pizza double ham double pineapple on one half and then x4 pepperoni on the other to be told that was not possible as it would be classed as an 8 topping... Coming from the pizza industry my jaw dropped and was absolutely baffled as that is completely untrue!!! 4 toppings on one side and 4 toppings on the other is still a 4 topping pizza no matter if it's a half and half with different ingredients.... so on the fly I ordered 2 small pizzas. 40$ later, And there's more crust than actual pizza and items ordered missing. I work with the public who ask for eating recommendations all the time and this is not one I would recommend..... jims is supposed to be known for quality and quantity for decent prices and this place seems to be cutting allllll the corners unfortunately....

Thank you for trying to explain the situation away. Classic...... First, It was NEVER explained there was a "delivery fee" second if the person taking orders would have just taken my order instead of telling me she couldn't this all would have been avoided.... i didn't even get a receipt the dips never came and I had more crust/dough than pizza itself. Definitely uneven made pizza shells thin in the middle and thick crust so Its floppy and not stable enough to hold the toppings..... corners cut to cook faster and pump more pizzas out I think so..... like I said jims USED TO be KNOWN for quality quantity fresh ingredients and made how the customer wants.... sad to see this classic pizza chain start to go down hill....... I have plenty experience in the biz if you want some great advice to bring more...

I highly recommend this restaurant!! Fabulous take out pastas Pizzas and the Jim's special is the best pizza I have ever had in Greater Vancouver and I have eaten a lot of pizza from almost every pizza place.

The staff are polite happy and extremely professional. Pleasant and happy when you order your pizza and that right there makes you want to order.

Not that this will always happen. I asked "Do you have any specials for one's birthday" the rep replied " No, I am so sorry but I can give you my staff discount"' WOW!! I received a free pizza, what an amazing employee. But remember this is a one off and doesn't happen .. I was fortunate and very grateful for there service. Amazing staff and when you go in they address you promptly and that's awesome even if there busy they will acknowledge you!! I really hope the owners know how incredibly important it is to commend there staff and recognizes their staff's hard work and are rewarded.. Cannot wait for next month will be back.

I would suggest purchasing the booklet that offers discounts all over chilliwack it can be purchased in any store or go to hidden treasures to pick it up for $10.00

The parking is limited but that should not hinder you as across the street in the mall parking lot there is lots of free parking and a cross walk accessibility is great. Also it is wheelchair accessible as it's a cement ramp going right through the front door.
