Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in City of Langley

What is with pizza places and ordering online these days? Now for the most part I don't mind Papa John's pizza, it's a 3 to a 3.5 out of 5 for a product but all I want to do is order my pizza online, hassle free. Today I tried to log in to order my pizza and it asked me to enter a new password. WHY!!!!??? What was wrong with my last one, it adequately worked and kept me online safe for the past half decade or more. I tried to enter a password that I will remember but no it wont allow me to use any of my passwords. Why do you need to have complicated passwords to order a freakin pizza??? Are you linked with the Canadian Armed Forces Command Center and need a quantified, complicated, algorithm on rotating, fluxbusting frequencies type of password to access your system? Are you afraid someone is going to hack my password secretly and order a pizza? I shouldn't have to create a password that I will never remember so you can stop a flippin alien hacker invasion on planet. It's pizza, not a bank vault, it's just pizza for the love of Pizza and all things not quite holy. Can you tell that I'm hangry??? What's next, do I have to pass an oral, rectal, retinal, DNA and Finger Print analysis to order a...

I've been waiting to write this review till the conclusion of our ICBC claim but that's taken longer than expected.

On December 30th their delivery driver drove into our garage. He was at our door when my husband noticed the car rolling. The driver forgot to put it into drive and my hubby had to help him.

But accidents happen and the driver was very upset. However, we paid for our pizza that night, never got a call from the manager or owner of this location. I had to call repeatedly to get in touch with the manager who informed me they were not responsible and that I would have to deal with the driver myself. Unfortunately the driver told us he had very little money and we believed he may not pay us back.

Instead we had to go through ICBC to get the door repaired and that's still pending. They required 3 estimates for the door repair and 3 estimates from a painting contractor and we won't be reimbursed fully for any of it as that is not ICBC's policy when dealing directly with a homeowner. Our other option was go through insurance but that would have increased our rates.

Not one word from Papa Johns. Not even a free pizza on the night it happened!

Absolutely horrible service. I ordered 6 wings, they ran out of wings so threw in 2 chicken balls and a ball of meatless bone! They didn't call to inform me, I would not have accepted their decision of a "substitution". I called to complain and the girl, was rude and "oh we were too busy to call you to let you know" and told me she'd call back and didn't. I waited 45 mins, called back and was told she left already. I left a message for the manager to call me the next day, and no call was returned. I called the location back and was told the manager won't be in and they don't know when she will be. I asked who took my order and her name was Roo, said she closed that night so I was lied to. I left another message for the manager who's name is apparently Jenny and now it's been 3 days and no call back so next wk I will call the head office in Calgary. On a previous order, I had the delivery person (female) demand a tip! I couldn't believe it. I told her never, ever do that again. Called the manager about that. I have found that the quality of the food and service is absolutely terrible. I will never order...
