I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit.
On Jan 9th, I placed an order for two steak bowls, clearly specifying that I did not want red onions and requested pickles for one of the bowls. Unfortunately, upon receiving my order, one of the bowls was prepared incorrectly, with red onions added and no pickles included.
When I called to address this issue, I encountered resistance and excuses from the staff. Upon my request for a resolution, the staff offered a replacement bowl hesitantly, without any form of apology. Due to the late hour (approximately 9:30 pm), my proximity to the store (a 15-minute drive), and my exhaustion from work, I asked if I could pick up the replacement bowl the following day.
To my dismay, the staff insisted that I return that night or be left with no option other than a mere cookie as compensation. Although inconvenienced, I reluctantly agreed to return promptly. However, during my drive, I received a call from the staff, demanding that I bring back the incorrect bowl. This additional request, on top of the initial mistake, seemed excessive and burdensome for me to drive back home to grab the incorrect bowl and head to the Subway again...? For a $11 bowl?????? I refused to waste any more of my time and ended up not going.
I feel compelled to highlight that throughout this experience, I was treated as though I were attempting to exploit the situation for free food. This is particularly distressing, as the mistake was on the Subway staff, not mine. Such poor customer service and lack of a reasonable resolution have left me thoroughly dissatisfied.

I especially appreciate Sarpreet, he went above and beyond what is expected of him. We came in 30mins before closing and he was about to shut the oven down for cleaning but he saw our car pull up and waited for us instead. Which I really appreciated and so I was about to give him a tip, but I was having trouble with the machine and didn’t read it properly. He was helping me out with it and told me to skip a section and not worry about it. I didn’t realize that that section was the tip option. Read moreIf I could give it a zero for service I would. Rupinder served me and rolled her eyes at every request I had to the point I felt uncomfortable. I asked for a sauce on the side as well that I had no problem paying for and she told me she could NOT do that. So I asked her to maybe put a bit in a soup cup and I would be willing to pay for however much they charge….. another roll of the eyes and big huff. I live and work in the area and will never be back. I don’t ever complain about service because I know people have bad days and I work in the costumer service industry but this was over the top.
