Valley Natural Health Products — Restaurant in City of Langley

I called to inquire about possibly donating a gift basket that can be used for auction at a fundraiser I’m planning. I asked for the manager/owner who which the woman on the phone told me she would be in tomorrow. As I was about to explain the reason for my call and ask for an email, she hung up the phone. I thought maybe the call just disconnected, so I called back no answer. I then thought well maybe the connection is bad so I called again, she picked up this time and then immediately hung up the phone. I’m genuinely gob smacked at this. Horrible, horrible customer service. I don’t know if I’ve ever encountered this type of behaviour from an employee before. This was wildly inappropriate and rude! I love this store and the ladies who work there. I read a lot about nutrition but they have knowledge that is unbelievable. Since I started going there I have cut down the number of vitamins I take in half, but I am feeling so much better because there’s no guesswork involved. I had the best experience at the store today! The owner is so knowledgeable and intuitively figured out what my body needed. She was bang on… and she even showed me a bit of Qi Gong and gave me a recipe to help me heal my gut.

I went in to buy simple bone broth and walked out feeling like I’d just run into an angel running a healing business, sort of like in the movies ☺️
