Went there at around 3:30 am with my boyfriend, the drive thru is open 24/7 so we drive up to one of the speaker's and wait for someone to take our order. After the automatic message saying "someone will be with you shortly" we were met by complete silence, we stayed for a good 8-10 minutes until we decided to drive around and try the other speaker thinking the first one might be broken. Same deal for another 5 minutes, we then gave up on McDonald's but as we were leaving my boyfriend decided to stop at the window, open it and tell "Excuse me!" in a deep voice. We then heard things falling and after a few seconds saw a man rush out from the back and look around the store in a panic. After some searching he noticed us in the window, apologized saying "I was on break" and asked if he could take our order. While he was taking our order we saw another worker walking around behind him and heard a third worker cleaning up whatever fell over when we surprised them. This left us wondering if all three people truely were on break together or if they just intentionally decided to ignore us. We tried to give him our McDonald's app code but he didn't know how to use it. We then ordered two bigmac meals with one sprite and one orange fruitopia, he gave us two red fruitopia. We also ordered one McNugget kids meal, he gave us BBQ sauce without even asking what we wanted, when we corrected him and told him we wanted sweet & sour and mayo he gave us sweet & sour and a second BBQ sauce. To be fair I have to say he did give us a free fry upgrade since they were throwing them out but overall it was very poor service. At the very least we got some good laughs and a night we won't...
Read moreStaff is courteous; but I wonder if they're over-worked, or just ineffective. Check your order EVERY TIME, because almost every time they get my order wrong; I only use the kiosk now because apparently whoever is manning the cash is hard of hearing, and it's STILL wrong when it's handed to me. Sometimes they even miss a third of my order. Placed an order, they gave us a bag and sent us on our way only for us to discover that they forgot my wife's order entirely. What can we do? Drive back and say they forgot a third of our order 30 minutes later? Drive through is even worse! I don't know if they can't hear me and just make assumptions, or it's a reflex to hit the most common orders on the computer rather than what I actually ordered, but I thought drive through was supposed to be 'quick.' Instead I'm sitting there waiting for them to get it right. Sometimes it's the wrong item; 10-piece instead of 20 piece nuggets. But sometimes it's the wrong order entirely; ordered big mac and fries, got a chicken sandwich. Ordered a passion fruit lemonade, got an apple juice.. It's wild how inaccurate this location is.
Physical location is tight to an annoying degree, unless you're driving a Honda Fit or something tiny. It's insane when the delivery truck shows up to restock the place. It's also pretty dirty most of the time. Or maybe that's just what the walls and floors look like even when clean?
But, I guess, "It's just McDonald's," is what we've all been conditioned to expect. Prices are nuts for the quality of the food, too; making wrong orders even...
Read moreGenerally not the worst but by far not good. I am writing this after serveral mix up on the words ham and sausage (somehow) at least ten times in one year among other things as well while purchasing here and i have "let it slide" as it is said; however some little s* thinks they are clever or funny, well i hope a manager or someone of authority writes you up for this as i am going to explain. I frequently order mcdouble combos because they are inexpensive and still filling but, i hate onions and dislike pickles ,poke fun all you want, i am entitled to appreciate what foods and continents as i please and should not be punished for it as long as i don't force it on others that are not paid to serve me; I am polite, say thank you often while there and some burger flipper in the back thought he would be clever and sneak onions in with the cheese (this is NOT where they normally go and i know because i have had issues where there would still be pickles or onions on the meat patties). What if the customer was allergic or had a food intolerance to them. Good job you child, the time is 6:54 and it was roughly 10 minutes ago on April 25, 2019. I hope you get written up for this and learn that when you are at work and dealing with food that others are eating, don't f* with it; because next time they may get sick and file a lawsuit and guess who is gonna get thrown umder the bus ;3. Unfortunately i will not be purchasing from this establishment anymore because of this insulting...
