Osmow's Shawarma — Restaurant in Collingwood

I went through the app and ordered Chicken Shawarma, a Taboule Salad, and a side of fries. I ordered at 6:14 and went in 15 mins later to pickup my order. They hadn’t started it. They didn’t know about it, until I told them I was picking up my order. The supervisor told me the salad was not available. I asked “Why? Because I was able to order it on the app, so it should be available and I paid for it” It was then I was put on the phone with the manager by the “supervisor”. He informed me that the taboule has been discontinued. I said “ok, I understand you don’t have it, but I still ordered it through your app and paid for it.” I thought this was the last of it, nope. I spoke with the manager 3 more times about the same order and what they were going to do after talking to his supervisor. Why she couldn’t tell me what was going on, is beyond me. But I digress. I waited and talked to the manager of the store for almost 45 mins altogether. He asked if I wanted hummus instead as it’s about the same price as the taboule. I told him the customer is busy and I can’t contact them. I told him “I get that you’re refunding the salad and I don’t want a replacement as this was for someone other than myself and they were busy, so I can’t contact them about side replacements.” That took another 15 mins. I asked about compensation for my time and efforts and the manager said there’s nothing they can give me. At this point I just wanted the food and to leave. I had to keep reminding them of my order, despite having the order right in front of them. Then I had to repay for everything minus the salad. Just to get out of there, I said whatever. I paid, got the side order of fries (which I had to remind them of for the 4th time) and left. I quite enjoy their food, but this level of customer service is unacceptable. The Collingwood Location is the WORST one. I've been to Osmows Multiple times in different cities; Angus, Orangeville, Mississauga, Wasaga and the worst food is from Collingwood. They are super CHEAP with ingredients, they give you as little as possible in a wrap, I ask for more garlic because they are so chinsy with it and still it's not enough, they little give me a little squirt. Every other location FILLS up my wrap and with ample garlic sauce. It's been a year of disappointment w/ this location, the regular & large size wrap has NO difference, I bought the 2 different sizes at the same time and the large was so sad looking. I've gotten chicken Greek salads from there too and again they low ball you on the ingredients. I rather drive 10 more mins and get a WAY better wrap and service then be disappointed every single time. The people working there hardly listen to you, i have to repeat what I said to the cashier to the person making it the specifics I want because they are on autopilot and just make lousy wraps. The manager that took over this place is also "watching them" on camera making sure they don't over put items on people's food.
