Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Coquitlam

I am a long time customer of Dominos, but I am not ordering from there again. I pre-ordered and left a tip (15%) and paid for the order on the website. The delivery driver was new (I was later told) and couldn't figure out simple directions to find my apartment. He then told me to go stand outside that he would be at the front door in a minute. I went out right away as my apartment is at the far end of the building. It was about -8 that night, but I just grabbed my mask and no jacket as he should be there very quick. The restaurant is approx 5 minute drive from here anyways. I waited for at least 15 minutes outside, gave up, went back in. The driver called and accused me of not going outside and that he was waiting but I took too long...I hung up on him after he keep being rude and accusing me of being at fault. I called the restaurant and told them I just wanted to cancel my order. I was stressed and just didn't want to deal with it anymore. They insisted they would send another driver with a newly made order. The new driver came, no troubles. I am positive the order wasn't remade though as it was cold. I thought about it and they still charged me the full charge, plus the tip. How is that a way to keep repeat customers? I wrote corporate an email and never heard back. It has been at least a month. So, if you want a company that actually cares about their customer, don't order from Dominos. They couldn't even bother to write a reply of any kind and obviously could care less about someone who has been ordering from the company for 20 years plus. ...

We’ve been ordering from this location for the past three years and tonight was probably the worst experience we’ve had. The dominos app wasn’t working so we couldn’t order online as per usual so we proceeded to phone in. After we said what we wanted the person on the phone repeated our order back to us 2 medium three topping hand made pan pizzas with Parmesan bites and hot wings for carry out. We’ve had issues before at this location where we order delivery and they don’t bring any of the added on sauces (that we pay for but never receive). For this reason we always go into store to pick up. As we arrived and they gave us our order I asked if we had the sauces that we ordered. The person in store was not only rude but seemed very annoyed that we were making sure our order was right. Well what we should have done was open all the boxes and see if the pizzas were what we even ordered. Both pizzas came on the regular crust instead of the hand made pan (we never order the regular crust because it’s honestly not very good) one of the pizzas was so poorly made(and cut) it had large spots of cheese missing, just dough and sauce. The quality of the pizza was worse than pizza factory and double the price. Definitely won’t be ordering from this...

Ok I love dominos. Order from them all.the time in north Vancouver. I would give five stars but this location in particular is different from any other. For one. I have tried to order online for years. Apparently even this location will not do delivery to my address (even though it's only 1.3 km away according to google) well I called last night and it was no problem to deliver. So I told the lady of my troubles with online and she seemed to have no care in the world and just took my order. I told her to mention it to someone. Again didnt seem to care. For two I ordered 10"garlic cheese fingers... every time I have ordered it in north van it comes awesome. Cheese dispersed well and cut evenly. This is how mine came from this location last night. 2 inch bread sticks compared to 5 inch sticks. Not in the middle at all it was clearly rushed. And the 2 pieces on the outside on both sides (so four) had pretty well no cheese. How come the coquitlam locations standards are so much lower than north...
