COBS Bread — Restaurant in Delta

Sep 16 2021 ordered 5 breads and a few hrs later went to pick them up , the bag was ready . It would have taken 10 seconds to give me the bag tap-pay but NO . I was the only customer in the store. Since I don't wear a mask , the employees (protected by plastic shields and mask) asked me to to go out wait , and come back to pay so that 10 seconds reduce it to half , (5 seconds) . When I tried to reason with them, the quick response was "please leave" . They were trained by Jeff the owner who a couple of month ago assured me that I won't be harassed again because not wearing a mask , (cuz it happened before) , but I was ..... My wife and I tried to call the owner quite a few time the last few days but he never picks up the (cell) phone , does not return our calls .... For ten year we were their best customers .... We will never set foot there again.... Our BC government give businesses licenses to operate to people assuming that we respect the laws and the Charter Of Rights of our customers . Truly unpleasant experience with some high school kid serving me. Told me that he could not slice Challah bread because of contamination reasons and that it was all over the website and that I should know better than to ask for this. Called 2 other Cobs stores and they never heard of this. Also there is nothing on the website about this. tried to call the manager and no one answered then I received a call back from another young guy telling me that he was only calling me back to tell me to try calling another time. I asked him to leave a message for the manager and he said I would have to call again to do this as he could not take messages because this was the busiest day of the year for them.
