New bubble tea shop in town!!! I caught it on the weekend while they were having a buy one get one free event (March 6-8), lucky me! You’ll feel welcome as you enter the shop because of the friendly staff. After all, big smiley faces with their lively attitude, nothing makes my day better than this! They use the teapresso machine to brew their drinks which is rather delightful to see when someone actually cares about their products by using such complex machine. Although It might take slightly longer to get a drink, I’m sure we all know that good things take time, right? If you wonder - my favourite is defo the grapefruit chamomile green tea but I also enjoy their rose tieguanyin milk tea (special drink in March), with boba, of course.

Disrespectful employees. There is a girl 👧 she has such bad attitude towards the customer. I was having a problem with the drink but she didn’t resolve the matter plus made me wait almost 15-20 mins if i asked for the manager’s number. I even asked her to get me some waffles instead of drink she said they cannot make waffle’s in store running hours there is no board mention in the store they cannot serve it after some time. Totally time waste and bad customer service.

$7.50 grass jelly was mostly ice. When they say can't make without ice they actually meant it will be $1 more because more milk will be used. Taste was good, but very expensive considering most of it is ice.

I think its the most amazing bubble tea i've ever had in my life! i'm a big fan of bubble tea but i've never tasted bubble tea like this! its out of this world. there are lots of kinds, like milk tea, fruit tea, slush, clouds, and many many different flavors. i like how you can choose how much ice and sugar you want in your drink. and i like that you can add jelly and pearls to your drink too. There are extraordinary flavors, many to choose from and i love to come here with my friends. and the price range is not to expensive, i love this...

WARNING! SECRET CHARGES!

Today I ordered the brown sugar latte for $6.6. I asked for NO ICE, she said no, she can only do less ice. I said ok. After I got it, I realized I was charged $7.6 so I asked her why. She said, LESS ICE COST $1 MORE. And there was still a lot of ice in there.

I was not informed of this charge and it was NOT WRITTEN anywhere in the store. I don't think it was fair. They should inform the customer and let them decide weather they are willing...
