I was in about 5 minutes ago. I ordered 1 trenta and 1 tall Strawberry acai lemonade both light ice. I saw the barista make the tall drink heavy on the ice so when she gave me the drink I asked if it was light ice she said no and offered to make it again. Then her coworker skinny guy with glasses curly hair after talking to the girl who made my drink calls my name and proceeds to tell me like I'm stupid that the tall drink was light ice. I said I watched the girl who made my drink put several scoops of ice in the drink which is why I asked if it was light ice to which she admitted she didn't make it light ice. Then this guy patronizes me by asking me if I want no ice. I say light ice that's all I'm asking. Is this the kind of service that passes at your location? Where your staff insists they made the order right when the customer clearly is seeing their order being made?? This isn't the first time I've ordered this drink so I'm aware when my order has more ice than was asked. Your staff particularly this guy needs to be trained on filling the order as requested and not debate with the customer who's paying for the order. Other Starbucks that I've been to when they make a mistake on the order just apologize for the mistake and redoes the order and not debate with the customer that the order is right when the customer is watching it being made incorrectly. I've seen several reviews left by displeased customers are never responded to by management. I guess that says it all on your lack of care to address...
Read moreIf this were Starbucks first attempt, they wouldn't have gotten to expand to store #2! 10am on a Monday and there are 6 stàffers behind the counter and about a dozen patrons. Most of the staff are too busy chatting to even care to deal with customers, let alone do simple tasks like cleaning the dirty counters! The first staffer I asked "why is there so little baked goods and only a choice of (8) edibles in the bakery display including ONE muffin? She just smiled in an apparent daze. I ordered no food! I asked the 'barrista' why none of the staff even notice the coffee spills on the counter, (after waiting patiently fir 15mins) and she angrily informed me that "I only work here"!! She then grabbed a cloth and swiftly cleaned the mess while sharing her plight with a fellow employee. When I received my cappuccino, it was immediately evident that the espresso machine was long overdue for a group head and portafilters cleaning! The coffee tasted of grossly bitter inner scaling of group heads and portafilters, which shows, the management of this shop are only coasting on this chains bootstraps, and have literally zero interest in making good coffee, or even the most basic standards of consumer satisfaction. If I could leave a ZERO across the board for...
Read moreOrdered two drinks (caramel macchiato and a new oat milk holiday drink) they informed us that they were out of one of the ingredients to make the oat milk drink so we substituted honey. The store was was extremely busy. There were drinks all over the counters, for pick up and mobile orders. After about 15 min my drink came up but they informed us that they couldn’t make the holiday drink bc they were missing oat milk! We went to get our money refunded and ordered a new drink (to be honest I figured they would have just replaced it for free bc of the wait but ok..) we payed for the drink and waited. 15 more minutes go by and I finally go up to ask where the drink was bc I had gotten mine so long ago and it was their mistake. The barista was very nice and made the drink right away even tho she didn’t have a drink with his name to be made in her line up of drinks… so she made the drink and we left. But why did my friend have to suffer waiting for a new drink and go to the back of the line of orders when it was their mistake??? I don’t understand it at all. Also for a tip, placing the stickers on the cup higher up so people can read them over the sleeves and place the drink sticker out so people can find their drink without touching...
