Let me begin by expressing my appreciation for the delicious food and the overall ambiance of your restaurant. The flavors and presentation of the dishes were truly exceptional, and it was evident that your culinary team takes great pride in their work.

However, I regret to inform you that I was disappointed with the speed of service during my visit. While the quality of the food was commendable, the prolonged waiting times significantly impacted the overall dining experience for me and my companions. It appeared that the service was not organized on a "first come, first serve" basis, as we noticed other tables, which arrived after us, being served before us.

I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise in any restaurant, leading to delays in service. Nevertheless, it is crucial to maintain a fair and efficient system to ensure customer satisfaction. The extended waiting periods between courses and the time it took for our server to attend to our needs were noticeably longer than expected.

I want to emphasize that my intention in sharing this feedback is to provide constructive criticism and help you enhance the dining experience for future patrons. It is evident that your establishment has great potential and offers delectable cuisine that deserves to be enjoyed without any hindrances.

Mrs and I were in town over the weekend and this place caught our attention. We surely wanted to try this out. With no or low expectations we walked in. Not busy on a cold Saturday night. Cozy little restaurant and were seated right away. The owner/chef came right away and we explained we wanted no eggs, dairy, meat and even fish sauce in our meals. He quickly acknowledged that he would make everything vegan - which was amazing as he knew his customers.

Ordered a Tom Kha Soup - which was just amazing, the creamy taste of coconut milk, galangal, lime leaves and lemongrass aroma just filled our nostrils. The delicately spiced soup hit the right tones and were super impressed on how well the soup was done.

Ordered a Veg Red Curry and perenial favourite Veg Pad Thai. The Red Curry comes with plain steamed rice. The Red Thai with coconut milk and lots of veggies and flavour basil. We could have just kept on eating this bowl after bowl. Again perfectly spiced not too spicy and did not need any other additions as the flavour was coming through enough that you did not need anything else. The Pad Thai was perfect combination of noodles and sauce. Slightly on the sweeter side for me, but Mrs loved it. Would have preferred a bit more veggies though.

Food was ok; but the service was really bad! Not sure if this is really allowed in Ontario restaurants, there is a washroom next to a table, which really made our experience stinky. The doors to the washroom were also just left open. We had to get up a few times to close the door after people used it, to help with the stench a little bit. We had to pack up our food after a few mintues and take out to eat elsewhere. But before that, when we were waiting inside for a table, we were not acknowledged for a long time and then were handed menus while in line. One of the things we ordered was drunken noodles with tofu and veggies which are marked as extra spicy. The noodles were not spicy, but rather a little sweet, and had no tofu. We tried to ask about it, it took a long while before we were able to wave over a server who said they put tofu in it, but I showed them plate with no tofu and they said « okay ». No one came back to our table, eventually we went to the front counter to get a take away box and pay. I asked about the noodles, and was told « oh we might have run out of tofu ». That was all.
