My daughter bought their churro which in itself is an insult to the history of Churros. After eating less than half, her sensitive stomach reacted in a violent manner, which caused her to spend several minutes with her head down the porcelain bath with gut wrenching pain. The next day I took one of the churros which smelled as if it was done in oil that had not been changed in weeks, and with one squeeze I had more than a tablespoon of oil. The long conversation that I had resulted in a profoundly insipid and inexcusable to say the least.. Twenty five dollars worth of pure misery of eating something that should never been sold for human consumption, and certainly not for a four legged creature either. No one should suffer. Shame on you for not getting back with a simple apology. It should not have been sent out to be delivered, that was the biggest disappointment. Our initial order through Door Dash was delivered with the wrong items. What was delivered wasn't exactly the best quality food. We decided to give them a second chance and ordered from them again. Again they sent the wrong dishes to us. The one item that they did send us that was what we ordered, they did not follow the instructions given in the app. Again the food was not not very good. The fries were soggy and the burger was dry and over cooked. The third order, because I wanted to give them one last chance, was again completely incorrect. Read moreI did NOT have a good experience with this restaurant, I ordered Uber eats from here. When I got my order the ice cream I ordered wasn’t included. When I called them to ask what happened he said they simply didn’t have the flavour I wanted. So instead of just putting a different flavour or giving me a call to ask if I would like a different one they just didn’t give it to me so now I have to go and try to get a refund tomorrow from Uber. I got the chicken parm pasta which was almost $17 and I’m sure I could have made that with cheap pasta and a can off sauce from the dollar store. The chicken was clearly a frozen breaded piece of chicken that was also frozen in the middle.
The only thing that tasted good was the strawberry lemonade. I would say save your money and go somewhere else with good quality ingredients and with employees that actually care about...
