This is an absolute Edmonton's hidden gem. Recently open early this year. Alex (owner) told me their recipes are based of Brunei Noodle street cart.
I had #1 on the menu. The noodle was soft n tender unlike typical egg noodle in typical Chinese fast food, Bok Choy was fresh n perfectly cooked, and the BBQ Pork was juicy and tasty.
Me coming from Thailand and have eaten tons of noodle in my life, small recommendations are that they were able to offer seasoning condiment like we have in Thailand (Dry chili, sugar, fish sauce/soya sauce). They do have crush chili vinegar which is awesome, and wish the portion were a bit larger for my big appetite for the price I paid of $13.60. Overall, still very good price and portion.

Food wise, my friend and I got the golo-mein. With pork. There was a ton of bbq pork in the bowl. Packed with ground beef as well, The taste is unreal. At the time of this review. They have 4.8 / 5.0 on google. And they deserve it. Portions are fair. I can eat a bunch. And I barely could finish the regular bowl.
Tl;Dr- food is fantastic. 10/10 will advise...
