KFC — Restaurant in Edmonton

For the last 6 years this has been our go to place. We always order a combo and 10 or 20 soft tacos(the combo gets you 1$tacos). Today we ordered our usual, KFC combo with 20 soft tacos, and at the window we were informed that they no longer do this. We explained that this was not displayed anywhere and if that is the case they should at least put a sign up so all of their customers are aware. We had to speak with THREE different people to get this point across, the window guy, a Manager, and then the General Manager. The General Manager then proceeded to tell us that he would give us the old price this one time and we graciously accepted. He walks away come back and then starts telling us that is NOT what he said. He had to get FOURTH worker to put our order through and give us what he originally said. Not once did we get loud or rude with them, we were polite the whole time. We got our order and I counted our tacos as my Fiance drove and realized that they had given us 14 tacos and not 20. We turned around instantly to straighten things out and the General Manager proceeded to tell us we were liars. So after 30 minutes at the window we ended up getting our money back and going to Carl's Junior. We will not be going back. I highly recommend going else where. At least until they get a new General Manager who isn't rude and can actually understand what...

Hard to believe after purchasing a 10pc Bucket of chicken to go, that I'd ask for hot sauce and ketchup that the male cashier literally grabbed a handful of each and threw it into the bag, then scurried away as if I was the only person in this world to ask for condiments. I stood there for a moment, and another employee asked if I needed help. I replied back, as I pulled out the 8 or 9 packets of "Taco Bell" hot sauce as the incorrect hot sauce and I wanted the "Louisiana" hot sauce packets instead. Well, to my surprise she said that's extra and we charge for those. I don't know about yourselves, as long as I've been going to KFC or other fast-food franchises, I didn't realize they charge for the packets of condiment. I mean I gave back the handful of taco hot sauce as that would be a waste to me, so is it not logical to perhaps give me the other condiment packets of hot sauce. Good grief your willing to give away the other stuff like it was no charge but I'd only waste it anyways? Why not give me what I want? I placed a online order for delivery at 1118am. I ordered 30 chicken nuggets and a poutine. Total was$56.41. The order came and upon opening the bag there was NO POUTINE. I called this location to tell them of the missing item. They said to drive over there and get the poutine. I explained that I ordered delivery for a reason and I wasn’t going to call a taxi to go get my missing poutine. They blamed the mistake on a new employee. I asked if they check the bags before going out for delivery. No reply was given. The nuggets were ice cold and tasted old like maybe yesterday but they were not made fresh for me or they would have been at least warm but no they were COLD disgusting waste of money. I got ripped off. They made no attempt at reimbursing me. So my 30 nuggets cost me $56.41 I will never go to this location again. My day has been a difficult start especially when I had guests coming for lunch to watch football. Oh well hope you enjoy my forgotten poutine. You should be ashamed of yourselves especially without offering my money back for the poutine....
