First off, kitchen safety is key to prevention of spreadible food born illness, and the blond (with pink in her hair) girl in the kitchen had NO KITCHEN ETTIQUETTE. When you work in the kitchen you HAVE to WASH your HANDS! Especially when you are handling cash, cleaning supplies, or you've touched the floor, door knobs, or your face and or other places or objects that other people regularly touch. Not doing so is the prime cause of illness in clientele. On our experience with the Oliver square Little Ceaser this evening, we had ordered a pepperoni pizza for 5.99. While we waited for it, the girl in the back who was preparing our pizza had taken some cash, then without washing her hands, put her hands in the cheese bin with the cup to fill the cup and cheese the pizza we were waiting on. After firing the pizza she went back to writing whatever it is she was writing, all without washing her hands even once. Not prior to starting our pizza, not before handling bulk ingredients, and not after handling meat. This lady also did not wear any gloves at any point in time either. We got our money back and left without food. The couple of customers in line behind us also decided they did not want to eat the food from here. I invite Little Ceasar to call me or respond to this post to let me know when they've resolved their health and safety standards issues, and we will re-evaluate our experience. Until then, we intend to stay...
Read moreI went to Little Caesarr Pizza in Oliver Square on Tuesday and the service was terrible. Upon arriving I was greeted by a grumpy man at the front counter. I ordered a hot and ready Hawaiian Pizza. The man told me in a grumpy tone that there where none ready and tried to sell me another pizza that was ready. I asked him if he could make me a Hawaiian Pizza. He said that the pepperoni pizza was cheaper. At that point I was getting extremely frustrated with his attitude. I asked him again if he would make me the pizza I wanted. He then said ok charged me for my pizza, crazy bread and sauce. Instead of making my pizza he went to the back and started screaming at a lady in the back. It took about 20 minutes to finally get my order. I ask if he would please put it in a bag he did with a very grumpy attitude. If there was a zero star rating that's what they would have got I definitely will not be going back there again and will be telling everyone I know about my bad experience at Little...
