Pho Anh Ltd — Restaurant in Edmonton

Came here for a quick pho fix from the airport as we waited for our delayed flight. The food was mediocre, bland and not worth the money. Don’t waste your time coming to this restaurant. The server was absolutely rude and barely understood English. Near end of our dinner my partner found a bug at the end of her soup. We brought this to our servers attention... Not only did she not apologize but they were going to make us pay for the $8 dollar soup but she was only willing to give us 10% OFF......

That is absolutely ridiculous. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY 24 years of life. I’ve had the opportunity to visit this place multiple times for lunch. I’m into the soups. But I have seen the and tried other options. First off consistent great broth and great presentation. They hold the recipe for a great soup. There vermicelli bowls are also top notch as well. My Favourite is what they do with the beef balls. I will continue to come here But I would love to see you guys do an upgrade. You have what it takes to have a more updated trendy establishment you need to get your soups more exposed and out there. I moved to the area a few years ago and found time today to visit for lunch. I ordered the #34 and asked them to hold the green onions. The food was very delicious and the grilled pork was super tender, and the noodles were cooked to perfection.

The couple there were very kind. The restaurant is really the perfect size for a family run business and those who may feel overwhelmed by the atmosphere of big crowds. It felt very cozy and cute.

I ordered take out, and they made sure to give me cutlery and a sturdy bag. I also liked that they had signs up saying they had to charge a little bit for the take out container (totally fair, the price of everything has gone up).
