Just finished having a pint at Town Square Brewry so decided to walk across the parking lot and treat myself for supper on St Patrick's Day There was no one else when I arrived, had the whole place to myself. Used their restroom first. The bathroom needed some small maintenance done but it was still functional. Got to pick out my seat and chose by the window as it was a beautiful day outside. Decided on their Green Onion Cake and Satay Beef Noodle Soup. They were served at the same time, which as first was a little odd. But then I appreciated it as it allowed me to enjoy my Green Onion nice and hot while my soup cooled a little. The Green Onion cake smelt amazing and tasted just as good too. The broth of my soup was very good too, just wish it was a bit more spicy. Added some of the chili oil from the table to create that added heat. The noodles were the right type of chewy and there was lots of meat. Family of four arrived after me and they left before me. I was in no hurry to finish my food, I was enjoying it that much. Couldn't finish everything and waited for my server to return. Figured out you have to go to the till to settle up so I brought my leftover soup to the counter. Grabbed a lil candy for dessert and transfered my own leftovers into a to go container. Enjoyed the atmosphere and food. I would just recommend for the server to let me know how to settle the bill. Also, he was covered in hickeys on his neck. Just did not look professional is all.

Everytime I drive from Fort McMurray to Edmonton, this is my go-to Pho place! Literally the best tasting Pho Ive had in Edmonton! Broth has always been consistent; rich, hearty, hot and delicious! Noodle was al-dente, meat are good sized and the ambiance around it great! Ive tried a few Pho places in Edm, by far here and Coduhue i think stood out! But this place has a better area, sitting and ambience. Pho is my go to and I love that this place never disappoints!

Had a lunch date earlier at this location today, enjoyed the atmosphere and Pho quite a bit. It was my first time experiencing Pho here in Edmonton and must say it was very pleasant. The company I had along with the great heart warming comfort food was a great combination. I enjoyed every moment of my time spent here today. I will recommend this place moving forward for the Pho dishes that they have to offer. Which is a plethora of amazing options!

This is at least the third time we've frequented this establishment. To start off, the customer service is very poor, for example. You have to request multiple times for items like water, etc before they actually remember to give it to you. The pho broth is tasteless and, they give you little broth in the bowl. Every time there has been very little meat, and there are not even any shallots in the soup, so very little onion.

Today, due to us having to take out, they cut the noodles so small as if it were to be eaten by children, and the noodles were stuck together in clumps. Like who wants clumpy stuck together noodles, cut up so small. I'm sorry. This is bothersome.

Overall, this pho restaurant really needs to step up their game. Add some flavour to the broth and make the broth tastier OR add more broth at least. And please don't cut our noodles, and why were they clumpy in the first place? Give customers a bit more meat, not just four pieces of rare beef and one big piece of tendon. Like this was a large order of pho... I will never eat there again, it was such a horrible experience overall. Not worth going there.

To add, their onion cake sweet Thai chili sauce is so watered down, that when you dip your onion cake in it; it literally drips like water, so liquidy. I am so upset that I wasted my money and time eating at this restaurant.

Do not eat here, I do not recommend.

I have told them last time about what I thought and this take out time was even worse. They obviously didn't not improve, so as mentioned don't waste your time.

I am now writing this review because it just got worse and hopefully they will improve, however I really don't think they will. It's been like this since they opened, and I gave them more than several chances.

Disappointing and writing this in hopes that you don't waste your time and money.

Never again!! Sorry, but...

Our experience here was awful from beginning to end. We were sat pretty quickly as it wasn’t packed. Our server took our order, we got 1 bowl of soup to split (we were told they’d bring us 2 bowls so we can “split it ourself”) which was fine. As I mentioned before it wasn’t packed but for some reason it took our server 15 minutes just to bring us luke warm water. And a little while longer for us to get any of our food even our spring rolls. When the food came out he has forgotten our bowls, and both our beverages, then didn’t come back 1 time to check on us. When we finally got the chance to start eating, our soup smelt vile so we just didn’t touch it and instead ate our seperate entrees. My rice was stale and the whole plate was cold meat included. Our server finally came up to us to take some stuff from the table and asked if everything was good, we mentioned the soup we ordered was inedible and really kindly and reluctantly asked for it to be taken off our bill.. our server then proceeded to sharply tell us “if you’ve never had it you shouldn’t have ordered it! Right?” (We’ve had this dish multiple times at other locations) My friend and I just looked at eachother in disbelief as he continued to tell us they already made it and “can’t serve it” my friend and I just shyly said “okay”, I normally never complain about food or even leave even leave bad reviews but the way our server talked to us after that awful service was crazy when we were giving him so much grace. It came time to pay and I mentioned the disrespect we just encountered and said the least he could do was take off that soup after we let so much else go. He excused his behaviour by saying he was “very busy”.. there were less than 10 people in there myself included, I’m a service worker myself and would never talk to a customer that way, not to mention the...
