Red Swan Pizza - Edmonton Calgary Trail — Restaurant in Edmonton

Ordered here for the first time tonight. Picked up their Monday to Wednesday special of three 12" pizzas for only $29.95. These were all great pizzas, not cheap on the toppings, great flavor and some of the best pizza we've ever had. (Loved the sesame seeds on the edge of the crust.) Our favorite pizza was the Lemon Garlic Shrimp pizza (I subbed alfredo sauce for the red sauce and that made it perfect for us). Next favorite was the Alfredo Chicken Bacon, delish. The third was the Classic Roman which was tasty enough for me to eat a slice and I usually won't touch Pepperoni or Italian Sausage but it was so good that I would order it again. The guy who answered the phone and served me at pick up was very polite and friendly and clearly wants to have a successful business as he said he'd be happy to hear any suggestions we have after we try the pizzas. No suggestions here, just keep doing what you did tonight because we will definitely be back. Note: as of today the online ordering isn't quite set up yet but until it is just give them a call if...

I ordered a pizza from Red Swan Pizza on April 17, 2025, and honestly, it was a terrible experience from start to finish. The pizza arrived looking fine, but as soon as we took a bite, it was obvious something was wrong — the base was completely undercooked. It was doughy, soft, and had a weird texture like it hadn’t been baked properly at all.

We were already disappointed by the poor quality, but things got even worse. The next day, both of us started feeling sick — upset stomach, nausea, and just overall unwell. It’s incredibly frustrating and concerning. We trusted this place for a simple pizza night and ended up regretting it.

Food should be properly cooked and safe to eat — that’s the bare minimum. I honestly expected better from a chain like Red Swan. After this experience, I’m never ordering from here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. It was a complete waste of money and more importantly, a serious...

OMG I am so impressed!!! I have such a strict diet. I ordered gluten free, sesame seed crust wt sour cream sauce, chicken, bacon, green pepper, black olive and shrimps....I am on a strict low fodmap diet... so when I opened my pizza I saw regular sauce and was so disappointed because I can't have garlic because I get so sick ...I called to see if there was a mistake wt the sauce but I learned that the shrimp I ordered was marinated in pasta sauce and the gentleman that took my call and made my pizza in the first place not only explained what happened but he offered to make and deliver me a pizza that I could eat free of charge!!! Then to make things even better....I offered him a tip for the hassle and he wouldn't even take it!! So whoever you are....I am so grateful for this experience and my second pizza was everything I needed it to be and more and we will always order pizza from here as it was an amazing...
