RJ Tasty Bites — Restaurant in Edmonton

Ordered online through their website on Monday for a thursday order. Did not get any confirmation so I decided to call downtown branch the next day to confirm my order. They confirmed it but during the day and time of pick up the employees seem to not know about it and just winged it. Ordered for 5PM pick up, I actually came a little late and there was nothing to be picked up. They asked me to wait for 10 minutes the I saw the lady I was talking to get a bag of lumpia from the fridge and hand it over to the kitchen. I decided to just cancel my order. I love the food here but service needs work.

Why are you trying to turn things around and blame it on me? I don't understand why you're replying a" little kindness goes a long way" when I didnt raise my voice or act disrespectfully toward the staff. I also understand doesn't why you dont want to own up to your mistake when you/your staff clearly forgot my order. I ordered in advance for a reason, the convenience of going down my car, pick up my order, and leave. I went to RJ Tasty Bites , and everything there was so good! The place looked simple, but the food was amazing. Every dish we tried was delicious and tasted authentic. It's not common to find a place where everything on the menu is great, but this restaurant did it.

The waitress who helped us was really nice and friendly. She provided excellent service and made our experience even better.

By the end of our meal, we were really happy. We tried their sago't gulaman, which had the perfect amount of sweetness and was very refreshing – a perfect way to finish our meal.
