I love this location of Second Cup! It has a warm and friendly atmosphere! I order very specific drinks made differently than they are usually made ( I am diabetic and still like to drink caramel frappe or corretto, I ask for it 1/4 sweet and they make it right! So I can actually drink it!!). I have tried Starbucks and asked for 1/4 sweet, and I don't know what they give me, but it is more than 1/2 sweet and I have to throw it out. Even when I do take it back, it makes no difference! I guess they don't understand how to cut the amount of syrup pumps needed to achieve the order!! There has not been ANYONE at this Second Cup, the baristas or owners that have made ANY mistakes!!! They listen attentively to what I order. Read moreThis used to be my favorite coffee place...used to. There was a great barista, a lovely gentleman that knew everyone and could remember your drink after one ask. Now there is some Asian kid making drinks and has managed to screw up my order. Every. Single. Time. He has no idea how to barista, he can't follow a simple drink order and he forgets the extra shot I ask for, every single time. That I pay for. Today's coffee was so disgusting I had to throw it out and go to Starbucks. Read moreThe baristas here are pretty chill and really nice, I got a pumpkin spice white hot chocolate and it was delicious, come here it's really quiet if you need some work done and is quiet spacious, as I am sipping my drink enjoying the ambiance. I really appreciate the time the barista took to make foam art. My foam was creamy and smooth.
