As we enter the lobby... we we're amazed with the marble slabs of the walls and floors. You feel like you enter a hotel lobby. Then we went to 8th floor and then 3rd floor to view the units on for selling and doesn't Really change the aura.. its all same in every floor...MARBLES, THICK HUGE WOOD DOORS AND BRASS HARDWARES! Gorgeous historic building! Spacious studio units, huge washroom, unique original TERRAZO flooring, every units has own beauty within it...i guess🤔

Beautiful old building that has been in downtown Edmonton since 1915. It was the tallest building in Edmonton for a time. It has had different incarnations over the years and so today it is residences on the upper floors and restaurant and retail businesses on the main floor. I work downtown so I pass by this building quite often and have always enjoyed its architecture. It’s one of the few historical buildings left so it’s nice that its still around

Absolutely beautiful building. You're lucky if you live here, used to be a bank lots of historical touches have been left intact. ie: deposit boxes and vaults in the walls. Lots of brass, dark oak and marble, over built. Every door in the building is very heavy. Excellent natural sound dampening. 👌

A friend was visiting and had an air bnb for 5 days. Small loft style apartment that was quite nice. Was on 5th floor and place had large bright windows. The only annoying thing was the people that clear sidewalks with leaf blowers started at 4am. Can't hear the neighbours except in the hallway, and typical downtown noise from outside. But building is neat, built in 1915 (I think). Old...
