(UPDATE)
I doubt the owner of this location will bother to read or respond.
I had a business meeting this morning and this building was freezing inside. When my client asked one of your workers if they could turn up the heat because it's freezing, they said they can't. They even admitted that they have heard this complaint multiple times and the owner refuses to turn the heat up.
Word for word what the employee told my client:
" He will not turn the heat up because he is paying too much for heating..."
Are you kidding me? Customers like me help pay your bills so you can heat the place and run...
THIS WILL BE MY LAST TIME EVER COMING HERE AND ALSO MY LAST TIME DOING ANY BUSINESS MEETINGS (which means 100's of client meetings = -$$$).
You should be ashamed of yourself and realize that you're not doing your customers a favor, they are doing you a favor by visiting your store. Shame on you. I took the time to write this review in my car, with the heat blasting, so that I could feel my body after being in your refrigerator of a store.
And don't worry, Tim Hortons corporation will hear about this on social media and via email.
Hope the pennies you save on giving your hard working employees a freezing workspace is worth the thousands of dollars you are giving up on by sending customers like me away.
UPDATE: Received this "canned" templates response (see picture). I already submitted my response to Tim Hortons head office right after my review. So owner has taken "ZERO" (0%) accountability for this...
Read moreI stopped going to Tim Hortons along time ago I only go there once in awhile do they have good coffee yes I love to Horton's coffee but their staff is all clueless they don't listen and it makes me mad as a customer customer is King you do whatever you have to do to make the customer happy because you want continuous business now I rather go to McDonald's coffee or 7-Eleven because they offer something back you get sticker on McDonald's coffee for a reward for buying a copy you get so many you get a free medium coffee 7-Eleven you scan your app the 7th coffee is free Tim Hortons doesn't offer nothing back. And for my wife she does not like him Hortons because they're never consistent she rather McDonald's or 7-Eleven. We went across Canada in July twice in two weeks we tried our best to avoid Tim Hortons at all costs because they're never consistent and the staff is still the same they never listen and they look at you that you have four heads on you. So we still continue to go to McDonald's. There are times that we had to go to Tim Hortons because there was nothing around in my wife just wasted her coffee threw it out because it wasn't consistent to her McDonald's coffee is always on point. Hell I can't stand going to Tim Hortons anymore because of the staff I ordered an iced cappuccino last night and the whole thing was so running it wasn't even sick nothing is consistent in Tim Hortons in the staff does not care oh well your get less...
Read moreMy breakfast sandwiches were burnt to the point where they're actually black from being burnt and the eggs were overcooked so they shriveled up and got this weird rubbery feeling/taste to them. My hot chocolate had dark gooey stuff all over it and I didn't know what it was. So, I'm kind scared to drink it because last time it was like that it was because they had cleaned their machine (not very well rinsed obviously as cleaning chemicals or something had gotten into the hot chocolate). I don't understand how you guys can charge so much for something and make so much money off of it but not seem to care if the quality of your food is worth the had earned money of purchasing it; if someone only makes $15/hr you litterally cost your customers an hour of their time to come spend their money on poor quiality ingredients and cooking/preparation. You don't seem to care if someone spent their hard earned money or has to work 2 or 3 hours to make back the money they spend at your restraunt as long as your company is making money off of them and they will keep coming back because it's faster or more convincing or less work then doing it at home, themselves.
I contacted the company and was told the manager of the store would contact me; that was 2 weeks ago. I called and left a message with my name and number with an employee. They assured me they would get it to the manager; that was a week ago. I still haven't heard from...
