Chopped Leaf — Restaurant in Edmonton

I've been going to this location since it opened and it has been getting worse and worse each time, every time it seems you are getting less and less. I ordered the #1 whole bowl with no protein, no cheese, no sour cream and no pita chips, you would think they might give a few extra of the other things in the bowl seeing as the price doesn't change when you ask for less. The amount of avacado they put in this bowl would make you think it was made out of gold because there was so little. This location started out great and has now been on a steady decline, not sure if this is chopped leafs business model but it has been absolutely terrible lately, I bet my bowl weighs less than a pound, so I paid $10 for a baby bird sized bowl which consists of rice, lettuce , salsa, corn and black beans, and the tiniest amount of avacado you've ever seen it's actually quite impressive how tiny it is. They used to give you good bang for your buck but now it's terrible, I would recommend being much more consistent with what you hand out and if people say no to quite a few things in the bowl maybe you could get the urge to throw a little more in so its adult sized. I think I'll try and find a newer location to go to until that location will inevitably turn to the dark side. Now if you'll excuse me I have to go and eat my baby bird...

I love the food always, but customer service - how little time period it may be - was sub par... I ordered a take out salad with tofu for lunch only to get where I was going and realize they gave me tuna instead... I don't eat meat so that whole portion went in the garbage... Also forgot to ask for extra dressing when ordering so when my order was up I asked at that time for it and the girl behind the counter snootily replied that it does cost more but she'd give it to me for free this time, so I said "thank you so much" and she said nothing and basically "whipped her hair" at me... Her hair was in a ponytail, but same kind of motion. Throwing vibes for sure. I'm not a irritable customer and am pretty friendly when making transactions such as this so I don't understand why the hate... I also don't mind paying extra for another dressing and wouldn't have been an issue. I've come here on five separate occasions and its usually the same kind of deal with attitude behind the counter. For how much it costs to eat there you'd think service would be a bit nicer than, for example, a McDonalds type place. I will not be purchasing from this place in the future. Ive been going to this place since it opened and always loved the quality of the food. I always order the same custumed made salad with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, feta and grilled chicken. This time, there were literally 3 cherry tomatoes halves. When I showed it to the employee and politely asked to get a little more, she rolled her eye and said it should only be one scoop as she poured an other scoop of tomatoes on my salad. There were only 3-4 mini pieces of avocado and cucumber each, topped with flakes of feta cheese. Oh and they don't give the complementary croutons anymore on top of that, so basically I ate a lettuce bowl. I think veggie portions should remain consistent and when the main part of your meal is veggies..cheaping out on veggies is kinda defeating the point of ordering a salad. Rolling eye at paying customers from contemptuous employee should always be a no-no in service industry. And it was freezing cold from the AC being cranked up, when its only 15...
