Me and my family went to a drive-thru moment on this location. It was nice and quiet to felt the surroundings. But when we ordered and drove up to the next window, an employee was approached me with a upset face. She mentioned how I would like to pay, and I did not get any chance to answer that I want to pay as my debit card, instead she mentioned immediately “ you are paying cash!” With a sarcastic tone reply with me. I did not hear the Next mentioned she made “do you collect points?” Instead, I asked “how much I need to pay?” She replied back the same question she mentioned, “do you collect point?” On that part I tone up my voice to say it again “how much?” As I thought she would not heard what I said. And she closed the window after she took my money and kept badmouthing myself to her colleagues, and when I asked her what did she said, she continuously being sarcastic the way she answered back to me, on that point I felt upset and I interrogated her why she is being that way When she gave my order. She answered back “because your are not nice, that is why I did the same way to you!” I started to go heat up my blood pressure the way she mentioned that sentence, and instead I calm myself and said “have a nice day, see you next time” and she replied again “I hope not!”. On that part I felt my anger and drove up and left. I asked her name and she told me sarcastically and smile plasticity. I am a regular customer on this area and I used to work on their store, but this employee that I am mentioning is need to be address and give an entry for a customer service practice. If she does not like that position at the drive-thru area, she should not be there, or else that work and job is deeply not suitable on her. I am currently and previously employed for almost 18 years in food industry and customer service, and I am a store manager as well, and I do not train my employees and other staff with wrong customer service, instead I always mentioned to them be patient and do not make any heated arguments with the customer.

Read moreI always come to this location as I live nearby. Today August 22 @3pm sharp I went through the drive through and said hello several times till someone finally answered. I placed my order and scanned my Tim hortons card. The girl at the window (MERCA) said drive up. I asked her at the window can I redeem my points she said, your not signed up for that I can’t do that on my system with an attitude. I said ok and she said would you like straws I said of course I need straws I ordered an ice cap and a frozen lemon. She said with an attitude, well do to the law I have to ask you. I didn’t know they have a new law to ask for straws. I asked for a tray she got more upset and put both drinks on it and handed it to me as I took it from her and about to place it on the seat the drink fell through the ripped tray and splashed all over. She looked at me like nothing happened and I showed her the cup splashed and fell. She said with attitude so what do you want me to do make you a new one? I told her yeah please you gave me a ripped tray which it slide through and fell. She made me another cup and didn’t even offer napkins or apologize or anything. RUDEST employee at this location (MERCA). She has the biggest attitude and could care less about customer service and shows how much she clearly hates her job. She didn’t apologize, or try to make things better for me to come back again. I always come to this location but after today I won’t and nether will any of my family. To the management team, I’m sorry but you will need to up your skills with hiring the right employee to the team, ESPECIALLY working at the drive through window, which is the main role for customer service. Read moreThe Indian lady that works here looks very grumpy. Looks like she doesn’t want to work here. It totally ruined my mood to buy but I already waited long enough in this long line. Usually when I order my drink and wrap, it only take about 3 mins but when this lady took my order, I don’t know why it feels like it took so long to the point I forgot to scan my rewards. She also didn’t even bother to ask me so no points that day. The food was good as usual but the drink she made looks a little pale and it tasted off. Every time I ordered a cold brew from the other worker, it tasted good but this one is a no. I also went here yesterday, unfortunately she’s the one who took my order and of course she also messed it up too. Ordered a LARGE caramel icedcapp with whipped and she gave me a MEDIUM with NO WHIPPED. While also waiting in the long line yesterday she was just talking to her friend or something instead of helping serve, I can see her coworkers glancing at her because what is she actually doing?
